Lovely meal but spoilt by being charged for surplus curry being put into tiny paper bag and foil container. Unbelievable, never experienced this charge before anywhere.
Great food as always. We ate in the restaurant but often order in from Mogul. Can’t Say I have ever had a dish that I did not enjoy. We will go again soon.
Service can be a bit slow but a great little restaurant with good quality food and friendly waiters. The last time my friend I was with was there thought the dish a bit too salter and mentioned this to the waiter and they reduced the salt. Good service
Friendly authentic Indian restaurant. The food was very good ...aloo gobi a little bit soggy...but overall very tasty and plenty of it. Do not like the idea of adding 10% service charge and would have given 15% if that had not been there.
We’ve been to Mogul many times and ordered deliveries from them too. We always get wonderful food and service. Thanks for a lovely meal as always.
Always reliably good food and great service. In a crowded restaurant scene in Greenwich the Mogul stands out and is one of our firm favourites.
Decent food, service fine albeit not special. Slightly small portions but we ordered plenty. We would definitely visit again if we were in the area.
Service ok, but food, So-So! The dhal was bland and the chicken and lamb dishes were not up to expectations. The roti was also tastleless.
Great food. Good vegetarian options, served hot. Wait time could be reduced and it's a bit tight on space. Having said that, taste of food makes up for that :)
My first Indian dining experience in London and it was superb. I highly recommend. The chicken tikka masala is a must. Don’t order rice, just mop up the sauce with naan. And smile.
Excellent staff, excellent staff, highly recommended. Dining in the old cellars is highly atmospheric and conspiratorial, definitely evokes Greenwich of sailing ships and a long gone riverside.
Been living in Greenwich for a long time and sort of take this restaurant for granted sometimes. However the food and service is still excellent and the quality of the food seems to be even better than on our last visit.
Great food i would recommend the restaurant to anyone. I will definetly be back!
Whilst it took a while, the food was honestly fantastic and very reasonably priced. We might try and go back tomorrow. Delicious Indian food in a nice spacious restaurant. The staff were friendly. Definitely a restaurant worth trying! Butter chicken was amazing.
There was great food and quick service. The staff were friendly and polite. The interior was simple but we enjoyed it and good vegan/vegetarian options.
Food was great and the waiters were friendly and keen to please. It was a Saturday night though and they were busy so it took an hour after arrival for our food to arrive. Upstairs is modern and airey. Downstairs has character but the seats were a bit uncomfortable.
Good food which was well presented and really friendly service by all the staff. It was great to sit and eat without being rushed and pestered.
Tasty food, lovely atmosphere - my friend from the US (with a particularly fussy appetite) had nothing but praise. I was a bit disappointed to spend a decent amount of money but still a little bit hungry though. There would have been higher marks for larger food portions.
First visit to this restaurant. Seated downstairs which was really cool and quirky. Good food and service. Both food and wine reasonably priced.Definitely be back.
Food was great, decor a little tired and the presumption that customers will pay a 10% tip is a bit cheeky. We did give a tip but gave what we wanted to give and this is how it should be.
Lovely food and friendly staff but a bit of a wait for our mains, but would definetely recommend to our friends. If your in the area and fancy a tasty Indian then this is the place to come.
Friendly staff, good food, decent portions and the all important beer. A bit pricey, but worth paying for! Nice spot in Greenwich, close to Cutty Sark DLR.
The food here is excellent and good value. The wine is good too. We had a lovely Cote du Rhone. The ambience is great, we sat downstairs which is lovely. Service was a bit slow hence 5/6 score.
Service was very slow, both in providing drinks and food, because of a large party downstairs. Food was really nice as usual. Shame as we usually love it.
Great food, it's my favourite Indian restaurant, great staff and great venue in the centre of Greenwich. this is how to start your weekend in London.
Great service, value for money. Very welcoming. Location is brilliant. Recommend the British favourite, chicken tikka masala and rice. Add sag-aloo and sheek Kabab. Thank you
We absolutely love this restaurant in Greenwich. Great location, great food and great prices. The most authentic Indian food we have ever tasted. This is a must go to restaurant.
Bitterly disappointed with service! To busy with take away orders or answering the ttelephone! Stopped mid order to welcome new customers into the restaurant!!!! #Disapointe
Fabulous food, excellent service. Will return the next time we are in Greenwich. The paneer cheese was absolutely delicious as was the chicken biryani. Thankyou
Friendly staff and good food. Food was slow to come; 45 mins. Water was slow on top up and table was not set for the number of our party.
Went for my boyfriends birthday and took a cake, which they kindly brought out with lit candles after the meal. The food here is lovely, highly recommend! You wont be disappointed. :)
The meal was nice, although there are far more menu choices with the takeaway. We waited 20 mins for our booked table and unfortunately we didn't get to sit downstairs as requested.
Excellent fare, freshly cooked and tasty. Menu does not comprise of dozens of dishes but what is on offer is all guaranteed to satisfy the demanding palate. And, the service is just as excellent.
Delicious food and great atmosphere, we always have a wonderful time at the Mogul and it is very reasonably priced. The staff are friendly and helpful with the menu.
Mogul Indian has a tasty menu with good vegetarian options, and the service is friendly. Downstairs, there are several cosy alcoves to sit in. Recommended.
Great food with excellent service. The food is very typical, full of flavor with the right kick of spice. We must come back again. Highly recommended.
Fantastic restaurant! I've eaten here a number of times over the last few years, I've never had a disappointing meal to date and the latest trip was no different. Brilliant service and delicious food, what's not to love. Would especially recommend sitting downstairs to enjoy Mogul's full atmosphere.
Lovely food, decent price, good location (peaceful but not dead, convenient for other places in Greenwich) , very polite and attentive service. Would go again on a weekday.
The quality of food is great, location perfect and dining area quaint and clean. The service is very efficient but not too quick with time between courses. Definitely recommended
Food was pretty good, but when I asked for a vegetarian main that was listed under 'MAINS' I was told I couldn't order it because it was really a starter. I ordered 2 starters because of this, and 1 would have been absolutely fine! The restaurant was quiet for a Friday night yet we felt hurried out the door after we'd been there an hour. I don't think we'll go back.
