A reunion dinner. On the whole we were well looked after.
Service poor rather hassled starters very poor.calves liver very good
The Service was very friendly, the atmosphere cozy, only a bit of a draught. The food was excellent.
We ate outside under the canopy heaters in lush fur covered chairs! It was so Christmassy and we enjoyed everything - yummy food, a wide range of drinks and friendly efficient service. 10 out of 10.
Delightful festive ambiance. Super food, drinks & service. This is one of the last longstanding independent eateries in London and we love it there. A "must visit" if you haven't been yet.
This place is sadly a shadow of its former self.

This was my first visit, through someones recommendation, and I loved it. There was a good choice of various dishes on the menu and the dish selected was really nice. The waiters were very attentive throughout our meal. I will definitely be back

Motcombs is a nice place for everyone, children are welcome as well as well.The athmosphere is relaxed and cozy and the food is good. Last time I had a delicious lobster linguini!
Awesome place highly recommend a visit if your in the area
The waitor don't seem to communicate with one another. We were asked 4 times by different ones if we had finished so they can clear the plate--we still had a salad to eat but all they wanted to do was be efficient but it was annoying to be interrupted all the time. Food is very mediocre.
We have known Motcomb for More than 30 years. 2 years ago I thought it was “past its sell by date“ but a newspaper review recently suggested it was improved so we gave another chance. The food was Ok so but service was very bad. And when the bill arrived it was very overpriced.. Never never again .
