The entertainment at the Disney brunch had many issues, microphones feedback, wrong play list / princesses not knowing the songs. Microphones that didn’t work. The food was average at best, it was such a shame as we were really looking forward to it!

Absolute shambles from start to finish! Call yourselves a musical diner more like a silent diner! No music for a good 10 mins!!!

Poor service waited 1 hour for nachos with no cheese or sour cream and others who came after us got served before us. Food was cold, drink orders were messed up and the service was awful. Only one of the waitresses were truly apologetic for the poor service. Highlight was that we didn't have to pay. Staff are talented singers and that's we're the positives end. Would never return.

No atmosphere to the place it was empty and no singing waiters during the week, but this is not noticeably advertised on their website so I was very disappointed, my visit was a surprise for my little sister and we ended up leaving after 5 minutes.

Very disappointing. Only three songs sang the whole time we were there, over an hour. And had to remind them to bring our fries and onion rings as they had forgotten. When I went to find staff to ask where our food was there were no staff in sight!

We didn’t have food but enjoyed some lovely cocktails... it was a quiet night and think the day place needs to be busier to have the full affect

Lovely welcome from staff, helpful and friendly! Food was lovely hot and fresh but missing burgers on the menu as they would be a massive hit! Bit disappointed there were a few thinks ‘unavailable’ on the pudding menu. But everything else was spot on and the girl playing Cinderella was fabulous really great with the kids. Will be back!

One of the best places we've ever been to for entertainment - better staff than Disneyland. Cinderella and Bella were amazing with my grand-daughter, we all had a fabulous time thank you to all ☺

Very bright venue. Lots of children running around noisily. Not the place for us ,shame as loved the singing diner in new york that prompted us to book to celebrate our friends birthday.

Food was nice. The service was very slow. Amazing singers. It was a quiet night so songs were few and far between all over a nice experience probably wouldn’t go again

Lovely waiting staff and the singing was great. The only downside is that it was a set menu (without a menu). Nachos, pizza and hot dogs were all that was on offer. This wasn't stated at the time of booking - not very good for people who are caeliacs or gluten intolerant. However we all enjoyed ourselves.

Not a single Disney song was played or sung. Supposed to be a Disney day all day Sunday for kids. One elf that sang a few lines. Cannot recommend this place. Very poor

I'm sorry to have to write this absolutely shocking managerial skills he was so arrogant an rude to us a party of 6 the food was awful drinks never came an when they did they was wrong we was told we could only have the platters no other menu was available so we asked for 6 an we got 1 pizza between us all 3 trays of cardboard nachos 2 with nothing on them 1 with a drop of sauce an 6 halves of awful hotdogs in dry buns, i really do hate to complain but it really was awful, the only positive was the singer's 1 lad in particular they tried to put on a good show but the service and food ruined it for us.

after ordering we were told there was no chicken or bacon and asked to reorder. many of the items on the menu consist of chicken! Reordered but all meals arrived separately. Staff were very apologetic but unfortunately our experience has left us feeling we would not return nor recommend the restaurant to others. A real disappointment as the concept is excellent.

Sadly the drinks order took over 30 minutes to arrive. An order of 5 pizzas took 45 minutes to arrive and we’re frozen inside and inedible.

Booked a table for 3 of us at 3pm. Went downstairs from the room at 3.05pm....to find out the Resturant was completely empty and the chef had gone home!!!!! Speechless. Also nxt morning, only one member of staff taking orders and serving out food!!!! Great food when breakfast did arrive, but certainly certainly need to sort out staff issues as such a shame as Resturant could be nice.

Great night at the Arthouse. Pizza was yummy and plentiful. They were also generous with the prosecco. We were on a "bottomless pizza and prosecco" deal and certainly got our money's worth. Excellent service too.

We went on a Friday night for pizza and bottomless prosecco. Unlike other places that serve bottomless prosecco, instead of topping up the glasses they brought a whole bottle over, which was great! We had a couple of pizza including the "Some Like It Hot", both were very nice. There were lots of stag and hen parties in the bar but it wasn't too roudy while we were there.
