Muse - Yarm

Our first time at Muse and we were very impressed by both the excellent food that was reasonably priced and the very friendly but unobtrusive service.

Lovely food and friendly attentive staff. Nice atmosphere. My only slight gripe is that some of the tables around the edge wall are in close proximity to each other.

Excellent service from start to finish. Food was presented really well and tasted amazing with great sized portions . We will be back very soon

Prompt and friendly service. Good varied menu voice with 2 very tasty courses served. Lively lunchtime atmosphere but not too loud. It was a very enjoyable meal.

Great service. great food. Only misses out on a 6 due to a confusion with menus. Wine list was good and the selection of dairy and gluten free food was brilliant.

Thoroughly enjoyed the food. Service was also impeccable- I particularly enjoyed the calamari, which is probably the best I've ever eaten. My partner was blown away by the panna cotta too!

Service of main meal took quite a time from order to delivery, This did not detract from the evening and staff were welcoming and attentive.

Service was very good as was the starter. My main course dish was average with the chicken being a little dry around the edges. My wif'es cod stew was OK other then being alittle runny. I did however, enjoy my sticky toffee pudding but my wife's cheesecake dessert dish didn't quite hit a high note with her due to an odd mix of flavours and a hard base.

We had a wonderful night. The food was exceptional and the service was perfect. Everything was clean and presented beautifully. I will definitely be going back to Muse in the future.

Lovely food, good atmosphere and friendly staff. The price of drinks are on a par with other places but some of the dishes are maybe slightly more expensive than they need to be.

Always attentive professional service and superb quality food! - great front of house staff ,for that special occasion or just an informal meal everyone is made welcome.

Great service and lovely ambience, as always. Food was good in general, although the quality didn't quite match the price on this occasion (venison really chewy).

Service really good but food quality not great... muscles and scallops really small and tasteless! Quite a disappointment as that is what brought us back to this restaurant. expensive for poor quality produce...

Our first choice restaurant in Yarm Good choices for vegan/veggies amongst us including deserts. Perhaps a vegan special would be good for regular visitors Amazing bread and ice cream Wonderful friendly staff Nothing too much trouble

Service excellent main meal very good my starter breaded scallops was dry tasteless and the popcorn muscles arrived half way through my eating the starter. Expected better for the price we paid.

Excellent service and excellent food. Would definitely come here again. If you are a veggie then ask for the vegetarian menu as it has more options on it.

Always delicious and consistent food, fabulous place, great atmosphere and wonderful service - whatever time of day: breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner or just coffee and drinks. I love it!

We attended on Saturday for my boyfriends birthday and only booked the night before so was really happy we managed to get a table.I thought the food was gorgeous and there was a lovely atmosphere but the service was slow.

Menu and service excellent.Staff very helpful and overall experience good. Would definitely visit again with friends or family.Only slight issue is parking at busy times in Yarm.

The service and food was really very good However the female bathrooms were I found dirty and smelling of urine. It was very disappointing unfortunately

Best Sunday lunch we’ve had in years!! Was a little disappointed that there was no lamb choice for Easter Sunday. The children’s main courses menu was also very limited with only Roast Beef, Pork Loin or mac n Cheese. Would have preferred a roast chicken choice. The adults food however was absolutely brilliant!

When we arrived at Muse we were promptly seated and ordered drinks.The menu offered many choices to suit any taste.Our starters were delicious as were our mains and desserts.The surroundings were pleasant and the staff helpful and polite.Overall a great dining experience!

Delicious food in a beautiful setting and attentive staff. The soufflé starter was divine and we’ll be back soon. Only wish we’d had more time to explore Yarm

Food and service top notch as always. Even during busy periods the food is hot. Malbec and Shiraz were good. Can recommend the beef Sunday lunch.
