Excellent food but extremely busy so service understandably a little slow. Great evening though and will definitely be back - maybe during the week next time!

We went there on a Friday at 6.30pm and we were the first in. It started to fill up from 7pm onwards. Great service and food.

This was my first visit. The staff were attentive from the minute we walked in. Being a Monday night there was only one other table being used. The food was good, tasty and plentiful. The bill was £93 for 4 of us which included poppadoms, starters, main courses with accompaniments and drinks which I thought very reasonable. The only downside is that there is no parking. We had to park around the corner. However there is a new multi storey car park a 5 minutes walk away. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

We did not realize (and were not told) that on Fridays, the chef is only in until 1 PM, which explained why they asked us not only to come earlier than we had booked, but why we were asked to make our order as soon as possible. All fine, once we knew the "why" behind it. The food was just as delicious as on our first visit, and the £10 lunch deal, which included a starter, a main course, plus rice or nan, was a wonderful deal. We will definitely go again, although perhaps not on a Friday.

My favourite Indian restaurant. Food always very good. Staff very welcoming. Been coming for years and standard always the same. A good night out. Highly recommended.

The quality of the food alroud has certainly improved, fast becoming a top quality Indian restaurant. Excellent meal and service and reasonable price. Only slight grumble was the second bottle of white was not cold enough.
