Neomed Mediterranean Restaurant

Our first visit. Lovely staff. Very welcoming and friendly and helpful. I found the lunchtime choice limited and even then there were 4 items on the menu unavailable. We had to wait a long time to order each course. The beef bolognaise was lovely but we would have liked it a bit hotter. Our friends enjoyed their pitta bread but found the hummus rather dry. A very nice atmosphere and we would like to try the evening meal just to compare before making a long term decision about the restaurant.

It was our first time visiting and we will definitely go again! The food was really nice and the staff were friendly.

Great food, very friendly and accommodating staff. Long wait for food was the only negative.

The food was lovely, slightly disappointed that the lasagne had changed as we had it before and it was lovely but it had changed to lamb and mint. However my father in law had the new style lasagna and said it was lovely.

Overall I think the service could have been more attentive. Starter was really good but main course was very salty.

Very nice restaurant with pleasant staff. We had the Valentine set menu, and whilst the food wouldn’t necessarily be my first choice, it was tasty and we enjoyed it. Only slight criticism would be that we had to wait quite a while until the drinks order was taken and also delivered

Lovely feel to the restaurant, the music wasn't too loud/quiet. The staff were very attentive and knowledgeable regarding the menu and the food was outstanding. Good value for money and an all round lovely evening. The only downfalls were the choice of dairy free puddings (which wouldn't impose on most customers), a limited choice (for dairy free) and what i wanted wasnt available. Also, we were unable to leave a tip as we were paying by card and they were unable to add this and the waitress thoroughly deserved one.

Food quality was poor, which is a pity because the restaurant looks really inviting from the outside & the waitress on this occasion was extremely obliging. This is the second time we have visited the restaurant & on both occasions now we have been disappointed with the food, which is simply bland. Unfortunately, we won't be making the same mistake a third time.

The starters were lovely but unfortunately one of the main courses came out cold. We then asked for it to be warmed up but it came back slightly burnt so it was tasteless and not enjoyable

Lovely food. Very enjoyable. First time upstairs which is much better when the weather is cold, as not as draughty as downstairs when the door opens!

Visited at a quiet period. Very little atmosphere in the restaurant. Service initially was good but then as 2 more tables came in it became slow /poor. Left waiting too long to clear table and to take extra drink / dessert order so we left. Prices for a early teatime meal were very expensive although food was tasty. The special offer of 2 pasta dishes for £20 was not added to the order so I had to pint this out. Overall ok but a bit of a disappointment.
