food good,when it came, waited over 40min for our main meal, service very slow, would think twice about going again unless we had time to waste

It was so nice taste chinese foods and kindly staffs. And they were reasonable price. Especially the king prown fried rice was so nice for us.

Delicious food served beautifully. Service was friendly and good, we were asked if we were ready for main course and not hurried. Clean surroundings and enjoyable atmosphere.

It took far too long for someone to serve us. When the food come to my table it was nice. Big portions. I was happy. But then the main come I had to pay £8 for a dish and pay for rice separately £2.50. I think this is just a joke. The rice was cold. The beef was too chewy. Service was extremely slow. It's far too dark in the restaurant. So just be aware if you pay £8 - £10 for a dish. You still have to pay £2.50 for rice or £7 for noodles. So that could be £17 before drinks. Very expensive for a Chinese restaurant

The restaurant was busy with a number of Chinese people eating and so I thought this is going to be very good. However the starter and main course that arrived for our order was just ordinary. We wanted some mixed vegetables to accompany our main course and was told by the waited it came with rice or noodles. I said ok we''ll have the noodles. When it arrived it was a large bowl and far too much and appeared to contain two main course vegetable dishes, which I thought was rather odd. The food was very salty. The Chinese people were eating some very interesting dishes, but I have no idea what it was, but they were enjoying it.

Lovely food, excellent service, nice ambience, great menu, good value for money - what's not to like?! Would thoroughly recommend. A great evening spent there with friends.

Love this place. Great atmosphere, welcoming, friendly staff and great food. A great selection on the menu and a willingness to do off-menu dishes as well. Food is always fresh and prepared to order.

Excellent food and service. We were shown to a lovely table by the window, unfortunately there were decorators outside and the smell of paint by the window was strong but once this was mentioned they moved us promptly to another table away from the window.

Lovely food and great service. Atmosphere was friendly. The staff were extremely helpful and efficient. They were extremely accommodating to the 4 small children who were with us. Will recommend to others. One for adults and children

the restaurant staff were thoughtful and well prepared. friendly staff and authentic great food. Parking is available, although limited behind the building. But there are lots of streets parking as well if you don't mind walking across the street.

Food was lovely service was good couldnt fault it reasonably priced generous portions and tasty, free parking at the back for those wanting to drive

Restaurant was lovely and clean. Not very busy and staff were very attentive and friendly. Food was delicious. Piping hot and tasted good. Everyone's order came out of the kitchen at the same time. Would definitely recommend this restaurant

No frills but Nice food, reasonable price. Bar area got a bit loud with a large group of students but they did not stay long. Overall good and we will return.

We had a combined 40th birthday and Mother's Day. The food was excellent, authentic in taste, and good value considering the quality and portions. We will definitely be coming back.

Lovely vibrant place. Good choice of menu, very welcoming. A good 'local' for hosting visiting friends and family. Used it lots of times and will do again.

Highly recommended excellent food very good portions staff friendly and efficient they even give you boxes to take away what you haven't eaten ( my son soon finish it all off ) would definitely go again

Great staff, quite spacious. Food was lovely but some of the meats could be more tender. Nice friendly place. Also looks very clean and tidy

As usual great food & attentive staff. Reasonably priced but not cheap. Take away bags happily supplied, good for student daughter ! Will be back again we think it's the best Chinese in Oxford for quality.

Nice clean dining area. Polite waiting staff. Delicious food. Quite a wait between courses and one persons main course was missing but soon put right when we asked the waiter. We weren't rushed at all even when we stayed to chat at our table after we paid. Enjoyable evening.

Excellent good, very friendly service, unhurried dining experience. Had to wait a long time for dessert but was more than made up for with hospitality.

The Restaurant was very busy, we went as two couples. The Service was quite slow, and we were served our dishes separate not together. Even ourselves when served, our dishes did not come together, so we were left with dishes getting cold and waiting for the rest of the order. We spent around £150 and felt the service could have been better

The food was out of this world it was hot taste and enormous sizes, I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great meal and if you have a party they cannot do enough for you. The staff are the friendliness I have come across.

this restaurant has actually changed it's name to the 'New Dancing Dragon' after being under new ownership, we'd never visited before so cannot comment on differences apart from that the restaurant is no longer a buffet. We booked online for a Friday night, which was very simple to do. The food was great, it had plenty of dishes we'd not seen in standard Chinese restaurant menus before, so it was nice to try stuff out of the ordinary and the dishes were flavourful. This is something that stood out as I've had a lot of fairly generic and bland chinese food in the past - the here obviously knows what's what. The portion sizes are huge, 1 rice will easily fill 2 people, Husband had a belly pork dish served cold, I thought it might be weird but it was so tasty, there are plenty of dishes with a good spicy kick too. Service was great, just the right level of attentive the whole evening, really enjoyed it and will be back! Oh and the toilets had some nice dog paintings on the doors

excellent service and very nice meal.Only thing would change would be dessert as didn't really appeal to everyone. But main set menu was lovely! Will come again

When I booked a table I still thought it was a buffet meal, But after arriving was surprised how bright and clean everywhere was. The food was nice and hot with large portions. 7 of us had a pleasant afternoon, thankyou.
