Spread over two floors, this former theatre is now an up-market and stylish eatery and club in Brighton’s Central district. The setting of No 32 makes for a vibrant meal out, whether you’re dining for brunch, lunch, dinner or a snack in between. The menus take a focus on British cuisine with international influence, inspired by flavours from Asia and Europe. A casual bistro menu is offered during the day and includes gourmet burgers, fresh salads and more. Come 6pm, the Steak Gallery menu begins and diners can select 28-day dry aged steaks that are expertly cooked on a Josper Grill. Other chargrilled fish and meat dishes are available, as well as sharing platters and starters that are perfect for enjoying with No 32’s superb drinks list.
