Excellent food as usual. However, closing down next week and will reopen as a pizza place !! Been coming here for 20 years ! Very upset. No point in saying any more !

Food ok, service terrible. We waited 20 mins to give our order then food did not all arrive at same time - rice last, with no apology or explanation. Had to send uncooked salmon back.

It was quite cold in the restaurant as the central heating was not on. The food was very good as usual and the service was very good.

Great food. Service v slow and the whole place was freezing cold. It's was -2 outside but the heating wasn't even on. Shame, we had been there before and really enjoyed but this time was quite a let down.

The food itself was excellent and good value for money and there was a selection of reasonably priced wines. But it took over 35 minutes to get any food and the room was freezing cold with many people not taking their coats off.

Very good service from start to finish. Well looked after by Jorge. Ambience perfect, choice of dishes unbeatable and food excellent. Will definitely return. Also choice of drinks at the bar was great.

Norbiton and Dragon is local to us and we visit regularly. We have never been disappointed in the food or the atmosphere. Staff are always friendly.

Nice relaxing décor and music . Friendly waiter. Saturday evening was busy. Food was average. Need more staff as we had to wait quite a while for food. They were doing a lot of take- aways so the kitchen was busy with both.

As a regular customer, I love coming to this place for a meal. Food is always awesome and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Definitely Worth a visit.

I have been going to this restaurant for 20 years. The food is excellent. The service has been up and down over last 12 months as owner/management changed and took time to settle. I'll be back!

I have been coming to this restaurant for many years and was astonished at the service that we received. It was a bad service all round. We waited for nearly an hour and a half to get our mains but only half of them arrived, one of which was cold. I also didn't like the fact I was told they were going to reheat my dish in a microwave as it looked like it had already been reheated. The waiting staff blamed the kitchen however it took them ages to clear away the dishes for the starters off our table and for those that had their mains there was no plates so we couldn't start eating. We had also ordered a beer that never arrived. So I think it was unfair to blame it all on the kitchen staff as the waiting staff did appear to be running around like headless chickens. There was no sign of management anywhere to keep the service flowing. I don't think it's right to just have two waiting staff, who are probably just working part time while studying, be by themselves with no guidance. I believe this is where the issue lies. If there was a person taking charge and keeping everything flowing I don't think I would have had the experience that I did.

If you enjoy Thai food you must try this location, slightly off the beaten but worth the find. Food at a reasonable price and can be accompanied with a great pint of beer !!

Food was good as always although recent management change means the inexperienced staff are unorganised and unsure of menu (beer and food) with service being slow. This will definitely impact profit as we gave up trying to get a second drink. The Norbiton has lost its warm welcome and goodbye.

excellent food ,but a language barrier with the waitress when taking the food order.some of the starter was delivered slightly colder than expected but was accepable

Great Sunday lunch. Slightly overpriced but great if you want a break from doing a roast at home. Having loads of gravy was a bonus.

friendly and engaging staff. good selection on the menu and a great range of vegetarian options. we didn't feel rushed or awkward when we stayed talking for a fair while after the meal talking.

This place never disappoints. Been there several times and will still recommend it to friends and family. If you have time and want somewhere to take the family go here.

Always good. Great food and very chilled atmosphere. Very child friendly and family orientated. The outdoor garden is a great attraction for everyone especially when the sun is shining.

Great place, conveniently located. The food was delicious and all members of staff were friendly and very helpful. I believe that during the warmer months the garden is great as well.

Friends were visiting and we decide to do a takeaway and then decided on eating out. This place never disappoints. Great atmosphere and good to see there were so many people eating out at this lovely venue.

Delicious food and ambience make this best choice in Kingston. I miss the authentic decor of some years back, when walking from the Pub section into the Restaurant area, you were suddenly in downtown Bangkok. Waiting staff were excellent but service was slow - not a problem for us, as we nattered a long time with friends not seen for a while. Perhaps the profit margin doesn't support having more staff - for me, I'd rather pay more and get that sorted. And of please, please bring back the decor.

Without doubt the most amazing Thai food, service was very good, efficient and friendly. Highly recommended in all aspects. Situated in the rear of a real 'pub' the restaurant was very comfortable, clean and had a nice feel.

Waited over an hour for our main course. When it arrived it was cold. Starter was not good either. Best avoided head to Nay Thai or Thai secrets in Surbiton

The food was excellent as usual as was the service. We did miss the waiters and waitresses in the Thai attire which no longer seems to feature here. Would definitely, as always, recommend to others.

The food was really delicious with good size portions for the main courses and the staff were very friendly. Pub appeared full of locals but the restaurant at the back was nicer.

Food was excellent could not fault the service was appalling starters came out in intervals of half hour then the main was another 30 minute wait all in all over 2 hrs of waiting!

As always the food remains great. A whole new team where serving today so although service was slower it was still good. Looking forward to the new outdoor BBQ this summer.

Delicious food and very attentive waiter. Would definitely visit again! The curry was very tasty and the coconut rice very rich in flavour! Pad Thai also recommended.

The atmosphere and food was really good, they were just a little short staffed that night, so had to wait a while for food. The duck and spring rolls were really yummy.

Very nice pub. Food was great, and service was average. The staff are polite but it was often hard to get there attention even though they were not full, which has put me off returning.

This place is great. I hope they never change a thing. Good food, good atmosphere. Great place for a birthday celebration. Keep up the good service.
