The latest addition to the not-so-slowly developing hub around Colmore row is Nosh and Quaff. From the team behind the spectacularly successful Lasan restaurant, also in Birmingham, have taken their latest venture in a more concept-driven direction. At Nosh and Quaff, diners will be treated to excellent lobster and a great range of cold beers on tap, and, well not a lot else. But that’s the fun!
