A delightful Italian meal with friends in Lytham on a Friday afternoon.
The food is very good unfortunately, the service is abysmal. The wait for one cold starter and one warm starter was an hour and a half and we were told that it was our fault as we had said we weren't in a rush! The owner is extremely aragant and let us know that this is what happens when you have a busy restaurant! We weren't the only guests complaining that evening. Every table downstairs was made to wait an inordinate amount of time for each course.
Excellent service and the food was outstanding. The little tapas style dishes were excellent and a wonderful idea. This has to be one of Lytham St Anne's little gems not to be missed.
Excellent experience. This restaurant offers consistently good food and service. Good range of Italian wines from house wine up to super Tuscans for a special occasion.
