very nice restaurant, great food and friendly staff. very recommended.
Great food and great service! We would definitely recommend it.
Overall a very nice visit .waitress needed reminding a few times and didn’t keep customer informed
Place was fabulous, food was awesome, Danielle was superb and recommended the right wine for our theatre meal. Definitely will go back.
Wonderful food with big portions, nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Great place.
Really good we had a great meal and the service was excellent and the waitress was super friendly
It’s like visiting a taverna in Portugal. Great food unusual menu, great service, great atmosphere.
Lovely food, lovely service and lovely surroundings. Will recommend to our friends.
Excellent food so much choice all cooked fresh. When we arrived it was early and so no issues with waiting. When it gets busy the wait is longer but we’ll worth the wait.
Really lovely traditional Portuguese food. The staff were really friendly too. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
Absolutely a hidden gem! For mine and my wife’s anniversary with our two kids and the stuff were fantastic and the food was unbelievable and all for a good price.
Great atmosphere with really good home cooking. A genuine family run hidden gem of Westcliff-on-Sea
We were seated under the speaker so it was a bit noisy. I had booked a table but the Restaurant was almost empty, so I needn't had bothered Will definitely go there again next time we go to the Palace Theatre, the food was good and the after dinner liqueur was delicious, Staff were efficient and friendly, and overall very good value for money
My steak was swimming in oil literally and I had to pour it into another bowl, there was no sign of the red wine it was supposed to have with it, even the waitress couldn't believe it I wouldn't eat there again especially when after I had pointed it out it wasn't rectified
Very quiet on Saturday evening, which is unusual for this restaurant. Good food as always and the staff are always extremely helpful and friendly.
A nice meal in a rustic setting which reminded us of Portugal
Best food we have had for ages All 4 of us Service unbeatable When we visit area again definitely will return 😀😀
Fantastic food and service. Very relaxing and lovely fado music. You feel like you are on holiday 😎🙂
It was our first visit, very impressed, had the theatre special £15 for two people which included a delicious garlic loaf. Lovely waitress, will definitely go back. Highly recommend .
The staff were very good and the food was fantastic and the service was great
Food was very good value. Nice service and relaxed atmosphere. Would recommend a visit, and will be going back.
Went here on a Saturday afternoon for our aunt's 90th birthday. The service, quality of food, value for money and ambience were all exceptional. I will definitely be going again and would recommend to others.
Friday evening service was poor, hurried, and not relaxing when staff are running up and down the restaurant.lots of people complaining about waiting for an extraordinary length of time for there food. when ours was served it was average. nothing like Tuesday when i couldn't fault them.
Lovely friendly restaurant, great atmosphere, great food and lovely waitresses. Love it and would recommend for Pre theatre dinner. Price is very reasonable too especially with the nhs discount
