Food is always fantastic and the service we had from Charlie was excellent.

Once again the steak was unreal! Very good food that you just can’t fault. Service was a little slow (in getting drinks and being asked if we wanted pudding etc) but we put that down to being Saturday night. Will 100% be back soon!

I do not know why they give you a steak knife for you could cut the steak with a butter knife! Absolutely fantastic.

It’s a lovely pub and the decor is modern and clean. The staff are all very friendly and efficient although the male bar steward was a bit familiar with his initial greeting. Service was quick the food excellent. My husband had to send his steak back to be cooked a little longer but it was all done with loads of apologies. We would definitely go again.

Starter baked Camembert not cooked properly cheese hard in the middle sent the fist one back then the second one not much better. Steak not the usual standard butchers cut. There was four of us had to send one back the other three had a lot of waste never had that at the Worcester branch. They must use the same supplier so maybe we were just unlucky. Venue not got the same feeling as the Worcester branch. To make it worth the drive out it almost needs to be better than the Worcester branch.

Very welcoming and given immediate attention. Service exceptional and food amazing and so many lovely flavours. However, we choose a table that was under the speaker and whilst not loud it was perhaps a little louder than I personally would have liked. However, I suppose I should have asked for the volume to be reduced and I am sure this would have been done. Overall it was a great experience. First time visiting but already about to book again.

Great food shame they forgot the desserts and we had to ask again. Otherwise it was perfect.

We love their second restaurant in Bishampton, food is delicious, tried the pork belly this time and wow wow wow, it was just perfect. Will definitely have it again and would love it if the Worcester restaurant put it on their menu too!

2nd restaurant. Great venue - can see it being extremely popular in the summer with the large outdoor space. Food excellent as usual and very friendly service.

Consistent amazing food. Have visited several times and will be back next week for my daughter’s birthday. Manager and our waiter were very friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Would highly recommend

The steaks were really tender and cooked to perfection. The service was attentive without being intrusive. Friendly staff and great food.

Our table was booked for 7pm, we arrived on time, ordered a drink then waited for 45 minutes to be seated at our table. The staff did not tell us there was a delay and there was no apology. The food when it arrived was very good. However our experience makes us reluctant to eat there again.

For our taste the medium/well rib eye had pink and the medium rare was too rare. The service though was impeccable.

On booking the table for a certain time,on arriving on time we still had to wait 25 minutes to be seated. We were offered a drink while we waited but found just standing in a very cramped space it was not enjoyable, nor the volume of noise. We were seated 25 minutes later, offered more drinks then left another 20 or so minutes before our order was taken. While waiting for the meals to be delivered the noise volume was very uncomfortable, you could not sit, relax and hold a quiet conversation. When the meal did arrive I must say the quality of the steak was 10/10. It is just a shame the waiting and noise levels let the experience down. I won’t return very soon not until the restaurant is more established.

A friend said how good ounce was & they were right the steak was perfect & the sticky toffee pudding after was rather good as well ,the staff were friendly & attentive

Food was lovely once it had arrived our mains arrived 5 nins before our sides felt cramped too close to next tables.

I've never had peppercorn on my steak in the Worcester ounce. Came To the Bishampton ounce and the steak was covered in it. Wasn't that enjoyable. My dad's steak was full of fat and it was his first experience too.

We always have a great time at Ounce and the atmosphere was good, but unfortunately both steaks were undercooked and when they came back, the one still wasn't cooked enough.
