Corn tortilla chips with a choice of cochinita pork, garlic mushrooms, black beans and plantain, grilled vegetables, chilli con carne, grilled chicken or spicy beef all smothered with melted Monterey Jack cheese and jalapeños, served with sour cream, guacamole and pico de gallo.
Calamares con salsa de Mango (GF)
Lightly floured squid, shallow fried served with mango salsa and sweet chilli.

Roasted chicken wings smothered with tamarind jerk and BBQ sauce, then chargrilled served with a salad garnish.

Spicy Monterey Jack cheese fondue served with crispy corn tortillas, choice of grilled chorizo or grilled vegetables.
Tacos Cancun (GF)
Mild – Medium – Hot – Very Hot. All served with Mexican rice. Topped with cheese, caramelised onion and pineapple. Choice of chicken, beef, lamb, prawns or vegetarian filled in a large flour tortilla with pinto beans and Monterey Jack cheese, covered with red spicy tomato or green tomato sauce, served with re-fried beans and Mexican rice

Prime rib-eye steak marinated and char-grilled, served with garlic mushrooms and sweet potato fries.
