Brilliant food, excellent service. How can it get better than that?
Great food and service and very reasonable. Thanks for a nice evening.
Great food. Fast efficient, friendly service. Best falafels I have ever had. Been several times and it is always a good experience. Atmosphere is great.
A delightful experience, friendly staff, yummy food and great value for money. The only reason why they were not given a 6 is that part of our order cane late (after asking twice). It is small and cosy inside but definitely worth a visit.
Pretty good food. The shank of lamb we had was really tender, hummus with shawarma deliciously moreish. Affordable, cosy, friendly. Yet-undiscovered local place, great for a pre-theatre meal.
Quandoo is closing down. This is a planned, phased process and our platform remains available until 30 September 2026.
What an absolutely wonderful restaurant. We went there for a DELICIOUS meal before seeing a play at Park Theatre next door. Perfect. Lovely staff too.
Had a delicious lunch of mixed platter with added extras of rice and couscous - absolutely delicious. The young lady who served us was very pleasant and helpful. Reasonably priced, will definitely come here again.
Great place to eat if you are out for the night at the Park Theatre, it's right next door!! Food was really good and so reasonably priced too. Will definitely be going back when we have another play to go to at the end of February
Very tasty food, good service and pleasant atmosphere. The labneh and aubergines were delicious and so was the mint tea. Recommended before theatre or at for a light lunch.
Been before. A really good meal.Well priced. Good food, well served.Would recommend and will go again. No further comment necessary. If the location and style of food suits you, then go.
The food was great but the service was a little slow. It was busy but there seemed to be only one waiter. Also lots of takeaways being picked up. Allow plenty of time if going to the theatre next door.
Nice atmosphere. Food and service good. Not the most comfortable seating for eating meals. Tables too low. We Would definitely visit again and recommend to friends.
Lovely food and ambience, right next to the Park Theatre. Some of the tables are a bit low for tired or older people, but that's a minor quibble. Excellent restaurant.
The food was very good as was the wine, only issue was that the main course came about 5 minutes after the starters, this didn’t matter that much as it all went together, but it is something to think about if you are a slow eater. Most of the customers were going into the Park theatre so maybe service was being hurried for our benefit.
Went for a pre theatre dinner. Lovely service and terrific food. We had a meze and enjoyed every bite. Good house red. We will return soon.
Lovely little Lebanese restaurant off the beaten track but about 2 min walk from Finsbury Park station. Very convenient for the Park Theatre (literally next door!). Possibly the best falafels I've ever had, with lovely crisp and tasty salad. Friends who had mains enjoyed their lamb and chicken but said they had twice as much rice as they needed. They would like a better balance of rice and veg (especially the roast cauliflower which was particularly awesome). Will definitely bear in mind when dining in the area again.
We were a party of 10 people. Food was excellent, brilliant!! Service was quick and friendly, great atmosphere. I will definitely go back. All of us were highly impressed by the food.
Nice atmosphere, food was delicious and the staff were friendly and very helpful. Service was excellent! Have eaten there several times and it’s always good.
Delicious food, speedy service run by friendly, helpful people. Very handy for the Park theatre and very reasonable prices.A great little restaurant. We shall definitely go again.
Food was average and the main course aubergine stew was practically tasteless. I had to ask for chilli sauce to give it some flavour. I won’t be returning here.
Very handy for bus, tube and railway stations. Lovely food. Friendly atmosphere. Plenty of very good choices for vegetarians. Excellent value for money. Definitely recommended!
A well priced restaurant serving good food with pleasant staff. Very convenient for Park Theatre (next door) and Finsbury Park facilities. Am happy to recommend.
Very nice friendly service and excellent food. The restaurant is casual, with a relaxed atmosphere. The house wine is fine and the situation - near the tube, buses and next door to the Park Theatre is ideal.
Super meal. Lovely family business. All round a first rate experience. Booking through Quandoo also very easy and trouble free. Perfect venue for pre Park Theatre play.
Great flavours and excellent cooking . Stop here for pre theatre dinner . Friendly staff and very busy with take aways . Reasonable prices for quality food .
Lovely food at a reasonable price. Staff attentive and helpful. Love the wraps. The lamb chops my friend had were very tasty . Will return
Delicious food. Service a bit slow at first but, with huge apologies, they not only brought us our order, but added some delicious extra treats on the house. Good food, hot, fresh and very reasonably priced. Go there.
Was really happy with the ambience. Decor. Quaint Friendly. Good food choice. Great food Loved it recommend it best to book a table as its a popular cafe. A great find
A lovely little place next to the Park Theatre. The food was very good and excellent value for money.
We went to this restaurant after the theatre next door so it was late and quiet. Food was freshly cooked and tasty with good portions. Service friendly and good. Would recommend
Lovely food and atmosphere , and cool despite London's enervating heat. Timing great for pre-theatre - delightful service, unobtrusive while very efficient. Will go again!
We chose to eat here because of the good reviews and it's proximity to the theatre (it is actually next door). We chose to have a selection of hot meze instead of a starter and main etc. So 2 of us polished off 5 delicious dishes, the meatballs were scrummy as were the chicken livers. The only thing that let them down was the flat bread which was like cardboard and utterly without taste. Apparently there has been an issue with the supplier, so we suggested that they change the supplier! It is a shame that they don't make the bread actually on the premises. I would go back.
The most delicious and authentic Lebanese food I have eaten since I live in the UK; and I am half-Lebanese so I have grown up with the homemade one. You won't be disappointed.
As previously, we really enjoyed our meal and the staff are really nice. Would highly recommend either before or after a visit to the Park Theatre or just for an evening/meal alone.
We had an excellent pre theatre supper. The service was friendly and helpful. The mezze are delicious and the main courses are equally good. Excellent backava too.
My friends had the meze and I had the lamb kebab. We all enjoyed our pre theatre meal and loved the aubergine dish with walnuts.
Right next to the Park theatre we had chosen this for a pre theatre dinner . What a lovely find - excellent quality food - freshly cooked and friendly staff - we would most certainly return
Excellent value. Good wonderful. Loved the falafel especially & the smoked aubergine AND everything. House wine red& white. V acceptable. Service great & friendly We didn’t arrive til 22:30 but still we were able to order everything we wanted. Can’t wait to return
Lovely food and staff. Enjoyed the spicy sausages, halloumi, baby chicken and a couple of salads. Only negative the tables not high enough to eat from.
Really friendly and lovely Lebanese food. We had a selection of vegetarian meza between two of us and absolutely delicious. It’s very well placed if you are going to the theatre next door
Excellent menu with lots of vegetarian choices and great value. Service is very good and friendly and right next door to the Park Theatre. Highly recommended.
Excellent food and service. Good choices for gluten free diners. Lovely atmosphere, we had a great lunch. Very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend to others.
Friendly welcome and really delicious food. Only criticism is that most of the tables are too low for the chairs - a long carry from plate to mouth!
Delicious food! Friendly and attentive staff and quick service. We were going to theatre which is right next door - so perfect! Would highly recommend.
My Cottage Cafe is perfect for a meal before or after the Theatre next door. The restaurant is very cosy, with a friendly atmosphere. The food was very good indeed - lovely mezzo and great kebabs with perfect rice. The Lebanese wine was very drinkable.
Love the atmosphere feel vert middel eastern. Very good food at good value. Service is efficient and took good care of us. Will go back.
We have been here before and the food is delicious as is the terrific house wine. We were going to the theatre so asked to be served quickly. Very helpful and friendly staff.
Delicious food presented beautifully, excellent service - very friendly and helpful staff however tables are not suitable being too low and chairs and benches very uncomfortable.
Great little restaurant. Freshly cooked food. Accommodating staff. Handy place to eat before seeing a production at the Park Theatre next door. Food bought promptly so we could get to the play on time. Reasonable prices.
Food heaven. A very modest restaurant but served excellent food. Too much of it and yet too good to leave! They did offer doggy bags
