Pasco's Hull (St Andrew's Quay)

Overall visit was good and Our meals was very nice. Great atmosphere around the restaurant. However the rump steak we asked for medium rare and it had been too over cooked. A little bit tougher. But apart from the brilliant!

Booked a table for 4 at 8.00pm arrived on time and shown to table and explained covid rules. ordered drinks, took a while for them to come then ordered food - took 1 1/2 hours to arrive. Had to enquire twice where the meal was. Food was average when it arrived. There was a lack of serving staff, bar staff and kitchen staff. Restaurant was full and I think they were overwhelmed with the number of covers. Saying that, no one came to offer an explanation or even ask if we wanted more drinks. When the food finally arrived the waitress wore a face mask but it was under her chin. Some didn't have their nose covered. The vegetables arrived in dribs and drabs, we had to ask for salt and pepper and cutlery. All in all experience not good and won't be visiting again

From ordering the first drinks ( x 2 bottles) on arrival we waited a long time for them and had to remind staff! The food was lovely although the chips were oven chips! For the cost we expected home made.

Breakfast for two with coffee came to £17 - mine full pannini breakfast and better half's a bambino breakfast. Service very good. Will be back to try an afternoon pizza next.

The food was lovely but they served the wrong dish to what we’d ordered for my granddaughter. She asked for spicy sausage without extra chilli in pasta menu. Tagliatelle marinara came out. We all asked for chips as a side, I got potatoes. We asked for a glass of iced water, had to ask 2 separate waiters. We finished eating and then sat forever waiting for table to be cleared and ask also for the sweet menu for the grandkids. I had to ask once more in the end. The staff were friendly but everything was totally disorganised so very disappointed!

Absolutely outstanding experience. From been greeted on arrival to leaving, the staff were extremely helpful, welcoming and attentive. The food was delicious. We prefer this restaurant to the one in cottingham which we have regularly used. Looking forward to visiting again soon.

Great tasting food, 5 different meals all turned up at the table - hot! Just as good as the branch in Cottingham

Service was great, staff friendly and helpful, the food was amazing. Only quibble was we ordered large diet cokes and we got regulars, twice. But no way did that spoil visit. Definitely going to go again.

Very roomy,standard pasco menu but, all meals we ordered were cooked differently than at cottingham. No complaints though, as the standard is still high. Congratulations I think you are on a winner here

The bruschetta was just like the crust from a loaf of bread was soggy not crispy you don’t have salad on it the worst one we have every had the chicken sauce was tasteless and it was cold the steak looked like it had been frozen and was tasteless we eat at a lot of Italian restaurants but won’t be visiting this one again

Nice Sunday evening meals, portion sizes were big enough to take half of the main meals home and have the following day for lunch.

The staff went above and beyond to make it an enjoyable experience for my sisters birthday. The food was also excellent.

Very quick and staff were really welcoming and friendly and the food was divine.

Shocking watery food with no taste.... nothing like the original pascos in Cottingham (where I would highly recommend), staff didn't know what balsamic vinegar is nor what drinks they serve... also when asked "was everything okay" and my husbands response was "no not really" , we didn't get any response from this. Didn't get offered cheese for spaghetti bolognase and husbands sizzler was a bowl of soggy veg in tasteless oil. Very disappointing.

Service was slow we did not have dedicated waiter and seemed a bit all over the place inexperienced staff food was ok but felt cheap with the starter which we had the Italian dip was very little balsamic and oil and bread was cheap stale bread didn’t eat much cheese garlic bread was swimming in grease to the point it could not be picked up so we had 2 pieces and left it main meals ok burg nothing to rave about very disappointing as was recommended highly and left very disappointed for price we paid

had to wait a time for mains but the food was exceptional. service was good ...cosidering only been open 4 days.....good in all will be visiting again

We have visited pascos in cottingham for years and the one on at andrews quay did not disappoint same amazing food and service was made to feel very welcome 😃
