Wait for more than an hour for my food to arrive...pasta was average

The staff were lovely and welcoming, though a little slow with service and didn't check back during the meal. Starters amazing. However it took a long time for mains to arrive, when they did they were half cold (I would have said if someone had checked back but nobody did and I didn't want to wait for it to get colder), and honestly the portion was quite small for an £11 pasta dish (this was the filled pasta with carbonara sauce). My friend had the squid ink spaghetti with clams and loved it however. Wouldn't rush to go back, but wouldn't mind trying something else.

Amazing pasta and not too expensive! Only slight negative were the staff were a little too eager to get you to order, eat and pay. Felt like they were always coming over and chasing which was a little invasive, especially when the place was empty! But delicious none the less!

The best pasta I have ever tasted! The music did get a bit noisy and it's not the fanciest restaurant (you can see the diswasher and the toilets aren't amazing) but the food is more than worth it!

Was very impressed with the quality of the food and wine, plus we had a little starter sent to us by the kitchen which was a lovely experience! We also enjoyed having a chat and laugh with the waitress. Will definitely recommend to others and be coming back in the future!

Every dish looked great and it was reasonable price but some of them were lacking flavour. Carbonara was great and a must try! Also recommend prawn starter.

Ok, not great - limited wine selection, better options very nearby

I thought there could have been more vegetarian options on the menu - the online menu looked better than the actual menu, it also gave 2 veggie options that had Parmesan which contains animal rennet. The service was very good though, I just thought there should be a classic vegetarian dish with tomatoes or aubergine.

Great Italian pasta , with a contemporary ,seasonal, twist cooked by very talented young chefs . The antipasti are also excellent and the burrata on celeriac is a must try

Ristorante buonissimo. Piatti ricercati ma allo stesso semplici e dal sapore spettacolare. Il tortello alla carbonara é un qualcosa di sublime. Si scioglie in bocca. Saró qui a Londra per pochi giorni ma torneró sicuramente anche domani. Difficilmente si riesce a trovare fuori dall' Italia un ristorante italiano così buono. Complimenti allo chef. Elena

I am vegan and I very much appreciated having several vegan options, thank you. But the reason I haven't given such a big smile for my food is that it was really just carbohydrate, not much protein.We vegans need protein too- tofu, beans, lentils, nuts etc. I enjoyed the gnocchi and pesto but it needed loads more something- seeds or nuts maybe? But I overall loved my visit and it was perfect for St Luke's where we had a concert at 7.30. all best, Jane
