Staff were extremely polite and friendly but just not attentive despite it being rather empty Food was absolutely delicious and promptly arrived as were drinks Unfortunately hey had no prosecco or a few other ingredients for some of the drinks, and ran out of slaw but we soon chose others. Overall above average -would revisit but would sit closer to the bar for better service

Chicken was good as usual, very healthy portions. Like really good, I'll actually be going again with my friends tomorrow and we will potentially be exchanging gifts together

The service was fast food and the staff where friendly. Atmosphere was on point the lovely chicken was Juicy. The tunes where on point heard some old tunes not heard in a long while.

Very good experience my wife and two kids enjoyed our first visit there staff were very good friendly and helpful service was faultless food was great will definitely be returning

Brilliant service & brilliant food. Trust the waiter when he says the wings are spicy! We had medium but very hot- tasty though but go for one rating less than usual!

Delicious burger! I had the one wih goats cheese and caramalised onions and it was to die for. Curly fries could do with a bit more seasoning. Great service.

light and crispy chicken breast batter, hot wings come in a bucket with the choice of dippings to go personally recommending choosing cinderella if one's not used to spicy food since that level of hotness has already left my lips tingling. Topped fries are heavily loaded with toppings and cocktails aren't bad here. 10/10 will visit again

Absolutely amazing food here and not expensive either. Would definitely come again. Staff could definitely do with cheering up a little bit though. Would still recommend though :)

Patterson's was a pleasantly surprising dining experience. I don't have a single bad thing to say about my experience; it's no surprise that they're known for their chicken and choons.

Excellent friendly service !! Food was just as good an very good prices .. would definitely recommend if looking for a slight alternative to KFC but nice environment to enjoy it !

Went at a busy time during Sunday so food took slightly longer than usual; but patience comes with good food. Fries on point as usual the only downside was few of our hot wings were slightly undercooked and wasn't covered in enough hot sauces so the experience was quite different from that of last time's. Chicken wasn't deep fried properly and barely had hot sauce on; it was more of a lucky as one of us got a full basket of proper hot wings when the other two barely had any hot sauce on. Overall a pleasant experience, staff were very nice

Really enjoyed the food - good selection to choose from. Portions are generous so can easily share sides. Cool decor and enthusiastic and friendly staff.

Great place, lovely staff and food was very nice! We went for a Father's Day meal and were delighted with the 'deal of the day' We will be returning!

Loved this place - son's 20th birthday ... cool decor , funky tunes , really chilled ... staff were fab & really accomodating but did wait quite a while from ordering to eating ... made to feel welcome & comfortable so didn't mind! Food was great and there was plenty of it ... £120 for 8 with drinks so can't complain at that! Definately be visiting again really soon. Cheers Pattersons crew :)

The service was poor it was very unhelpful and half bashed at, the tables are very close together so the people next to you could touch you, you have to watch them eat they may even have a chat to you. The food wasn't a great standard, the chicken is supposed to be there pride and joy it was ok it had a lot of coating on, I wouldn't recommend or go back

The food was great but the service was just OK. We were not asked about drinks regularly and it took them a while to notice that we wanted to pay.

Lovely food with some great offers on. Staff very helpful and couldnt do enough for you. Will definitely be coming back to try the burger challenge

Waited nearly an hour for food which when it arrived seemed cremated. Have booked for Father's Day but will definitely be cancelling. Really disappointed after hearing such good reviews but won't be going back.

Despite not being busy there was a long wait on food and they forgot drinks. They werent rushed off their feet either. However, once the food arrive it was lovely. Posh take away food will be back

The valentines platter was amazing value, we got even more than we expected. The variety was great and the cocktails were very tasty. I would definitely go back.

The food was very tasty and plentiful. We had 500g chicken with a large wings, some more fries, coleslaw and gravy between 2 and we could not eat everything. The wings were huge and very satisfying. I only scored it down because they did not have our booking, which was not an issue on a quiet wednesday but would have been an issue on a busy night. Also the card machine was not working.
