Overall the food was very good especially for a carvery. Lots of lovely meat and an excellent Yorkshire pudding. The staff very attentive, I would recommend it

Great food. Great staff. The early bird menu good value for money. The place it's self has recently changed ownership, I like the fact they've taken a few tables out, it was overcrowded before, now it's just right.

Service was brilliant, the ambiance of the restaurant was great and the food was excellent. Will certainly be back again soon. The one thing I would suggest is maybe a cocktail menu, even just a few and possibly an offer on spirits as they are quite pricey. I would have stayed longer for a few drinks if a bit cheaper or an extended range as suggested.

Had a good night, the food was good, Only complaint was the room was a bit cold & getting drafts from the main door and when the toilet door was opening.

Lovely as always , seemed seats had been removed so you no longer feel that you are sitting on top of each other. Clean bright staff were fantastic as always and food was great.

Restaurant is lovely since it's refit good was nice apart from the flat nresf we had as a side it was very salty. Nice atmosphere and I like the fact that the tables are not to close together

we went on a Friday for the 3 courses for £19.95 and unlimited procecco, menu choice was amazing with upgrades if you prefer and the lady who served is was lovely. Will need to have more Friday's off work

Excellent food and even better service (the quattro stagioni was especially good). We have no complaints what so ever. We will be returning very soon.

Staff were courteous and polite, service was excellent and the food was hot on arrival, young members if the party were entertained with colouring in pages, would recommend to others.

Just what you expect from a local Italian restaurant. Welcoming staff and tasty food. The presentation of the dishes is better than other similar restaurants.

Excellent will be returning. For xmas eve food was hot and delicious. Excellent menu and early bird special. The whole experience was brilliant. Have told family and friends to go also

It's now under new management and the food is much improved. Good value early bird menu, lovely starters. Will visit again as it is walking distance for us.

The food was excellent but they made a mistake with my bill over charging by £15 so watch for this as he said he was having a bit trouble with the till.

Lovely food, friendly staff. Couldn't ask for more. Price was a little higher than expected £57 for 3 courses for 2 people but was delicious and couldn't be faulted.

Food was good and so was service but rhe menu is so limited now all our favourite thing have been taken off and it was my birthday so I had registered it and was told I would not be getting the bottle of fizz as advertised so all these things together spoiled my birthday lunch so not gappy

Amazing. I will be returning and recommending everywhere. Food was great and was nice to not be interrupted in the middle of our meal by staff, they were so polite and chatty, an excellent reflection on the restaurant.

I went there with a group of girls for a Fizz lunch. We all had a great time, food was good, the atmosphere was good and most of all the Fizz was topped up regularly. The only issue we had was they got the bill wrong.

The food was absolutely gorgeous, the service was so quick and got our food straight away, my new favourite restaurant by far I'll definitely be going again!

Food and service good.. No atmosphere and.. Got locked on disabled toilet.. No emergency pull cord. No service on my phone.. I suffer from panic attacks and anxiety.. Those 15 mins were absolutely awful... Spoke to manager.. Fair comment but still not a good experience...

Excellent meal at San Lorenzo last night. Great food and service. The Pasta dish with spicy sausage, broccoli and pesto was lovely as was my husbands polpette. Good atmosphere.

The manageress could not have done more for us. She was absolutely fantastic with the 2 babies in our party, we were made so welcome. Great service, great food. Highly recommend
