The food and evening was great but we felt we were slightly rushed through. The restaurant wasn't busy and we would have like a more casual approach so we could chat. The staff were very friendly though.

Food was incredible as always. Very attentive staff. Loved the live music as well.

As usual a great experience at Phantong Sandbach food excellent with wonderful people looking after us. The singer Kasia made the ambience all the better . Such an enjoyable night . AGAIN !

The food was fabulous, the service was a little bit mixed, received incorrect starter firstly which meant some started the meal before others. Forgot to replenish drinks after taking the order. But this would not put me off booking again.

Went for a valentine evening meal, slight hiccup with the drinks eventually got sorted (more by luck than judgement) but know big deal. The food was good - the staff are attentive and polite.

Staff lovely but unfortunately understaffed. Food great but far too long between courses. 7.30 booking and main course arrived over an hour after starters. Main course arrived approx 2 hours after arrival. Just far too drawn out.

Love this restaurant, food, staff, ambiance etc, you can’t beat it. But a slight criticism, a group of us went for Sunday buffet today for the first time and we probably won’t go for buffet experience again. Very limited choice of starters/mains, and because you order what you want instead of going to a counter to pick your food (buffet) it becomes a very long winded affair. and maybe slightly awkward. It’s a cross between buffet and restaurant service. Sorry the format didn’t work for us so would rather just stick to restaurant service there.
