Great brunch at Pink Moon. Food was delicious and value for money. I had a pink latte (beetroot latte) and it was delicious, I absolutely loved it.

Unfortunately, despite the great food, the point of difference in Exeter and lovely decor/atmosphere, the service was really disappointing. We asked for water at the beginning of the meal, which didn't turn up, and had to ask several times for one of the soft drinks we had ordered. My main course also did not turn up, and after almost 10 minutes of realising it wasn't going to turn up, and my partner and friend politely waiting to start their meals (which went cold) I had to chase. It turned out the printer had issues, and my main course hadn't printed for the kitchen. This is a fair error, and when my food did come, it was delicious (it was also removed from the final bill, which was appreciated) however I do feel it should have been noticed that I was sat without a meal. There were only a small number of tables dining and what looked like plenty of staff, so I feel the servers should be more perceptive and aware of their diners. I personally don't think, at the prices charged for food and the addition of a service charge to all bills, this is acceptable. This doesn't put me off returning for a drink and snack in the future, but to compete with other restaurants in the town, the service does need to improve. The food was delicious, so it's a shame.

I like staff who look you in the eye, smile and respond intelligently to any requests such as food allergies. All these boxes were ticked which is rare in England . Will return as much for this as for the food.

My first visit to pink moon and il definately be back. Very impressed with decor entertainment and staff very trendy just what Exeter needs

It was our first time there and it definitely didn’t disappoint! The food was incredible and the service went above and beyond! One my friends had a dairy and gluten intolerance so they made then their own dessert off the mark! Definitely recommend!

Lovely place! Great atmosphere. Staff were friendly. Food was good but could of had more choice. Drinks menu is also small. Need 241 cocktail deal on in the evenings. Would recommend

We really liked the initial reception at the restaurant & the waitress was very friendly. We ordered a selection of small plates, wings & main dish of mussels to share as recommended. Unfortunately everything arrived at once & all the dishes were hot food but not on warmed plates so we prioritised eating the mussels, this then meant the three chicken dishes we had ordered had gone cold so they were not very tasty at all. When we had finished it took quite some time for our table to be cleared & it was done sporadically by three different people. We decided not to have desert & when we bought our bill we were very awkwardly explained the service charge & that we didn't have to pay it, when then paying the bill it was explained again which was unnecessary. We left without complaining about the food but on reflection we should have said something as it really wasn't up to scratch for the £50 we spent.

Great atmosphere, loved the live music! The food took a while to come but there was a big party in at the same time, overall a good night and the staff were lovely! Definitely recommend!

House wine was over priced and food could have been hotter! Small step as you go into restaurant that three people trip up or down it while I was there including myself.

Very good halloumi burger, would recommend them. Waitress dropped some chips however we were brought out another plate. Very good customer service

Our waitress was an absolute gem, and the berry pancakes were to die for!.... only complaint is that the buffalo hot wings aren’t hot at all.

It was lovely, we are greeted by friendly waitor who told us about taco wednesday deal and gave us some free popcorn crisps and then my partner and I sea bream and mackerel tacos halloumi fries and sweet potato fries and our cider and lager pints were nice too. Brilliant place and will definately go back :-)

Like the concept but needs improvement The cocktail list was very limited and you'd run out of 4 different drinks - would expect a really good cocktail list, especially as the whole place is quite female focussed The singer came on at 7.45-8pm and it was really loud. Not great for dining and talking to friends during dinner? Would expect music to be on later e.g. 9/9.30 Food was good!

Can't recommend more highly - esp. if not v tired and v hungry! Hence my rating of noise and waiting. Food, value, atmosphere (always appreciate live music) and service all fabulous - enough to book the venue for a party in the spring! Thank you

First time at Pink Moon, came along for live music on Saturday night. Atmosphere and service were great.

Lovely healthy food in relaxed atmosphere. Good prices and good drink selection.

The food was amazing. The cocktails were amazing. Service was a bit slow with the drinks but overall an awesome place. Will eat there again.
