Great service, food was rather nice too, a bit more choice would be nice for example salad to go with pizza or pasta. Otherwise too much carbo. overall I did enjoy.

Tarek was great! Very friendly. Pizzas were delicious and house wine very drinkable for the price. It was a little quiet but that was due to the weather and being Good Friday. Overall very good! 👍😊

cash only, one starter late, three main courses 15 mins after other main completed, more concerned with take away6 business, no apology or concern for poor service and for £80.00

Its no use telling you when presenting the bill that they can't take credit cards. A notice on the door is totally inadequate...who looks at all the signs on the doors of a restaurant when arriving with friends ?

Lovely authentic food. Very good with our kids running around and service was great. Portions were huge esp kids menu. Just a shame the card machine was not working as it was a nightmare with a bill of around £150 to have so much cash on us. Otherwise very good

Staff very friendly. The chips arrived quite a while after the pizzas but they were very apologetic. Pizzas were great, but chips were under cooked-probably because they were rushing them.

The food was very delicious but the service was a bit slow even if we were the only ones there. Would have got a 6 if service was better.

Nice people, but bit chaotic. Mains coming out before starters. Would give it another go, to see if it was a one off. Nice light restaurant.

Service was a little slow despite restaurant being quiet. Pizza was good, but a little disappointing they had run out of Nutella for pizza Nutella dessert

Awful. Wouldn't usually leave a bad review but so bad I wouldn't want anyone else experiencing such bad service and cost. Waited over an hour for five pizzas to be served. And this was only after we complained. There was only our table and one other table (of four) being utilised so hardly busy! Other than the that the place was completely empty. The policy seemed to be servicing the Just Eat / Deliveroo take away clients before the sit in clients which was unacceptable considering all this was happening in front of us not more than ten feet away. The owner and the chef / pizza maker seemed to have issues with one another all night. The third member of staff working (polite waitress) seemed content on asking us if we required more drinks every ten minutes whilst we waited and waited and waited... Again, not good policy considering the price of the drinks. When the pizzas finally arrived they were hardly worth the wait, nor the ridiculous prices we were having to pay for them (I was aware of the prices before sat down so I can't complain but it was my daughters Birthday and she wanted to go there). We then had to wait over half an hour for two child's ice cream deserts to be served. Again only after we complained on the time it was taking. (The restaurant was empty apart from us at this point, and I started to think that I was in some sort of TV wind up sketch - but alas I wasn't). If it wasn't my eleven year old daughter's Birthday early evening out I would have left before the pizzas arrived (at about an hour and five minutes), paid for the drinks and walked out, telling the owner he seriously needs a lesson in customer service (it was like he had never run a restaurant before - or this was his first attempt at having a go at one). The bill was over one hundred pounds for five pizzas, two deserts, two bottled beers, a glass of wine, and a couple of diet cokes. And we were in there just shy of two hours. Shocking. To add insult a discretionary service charge had also been added to the bill taking the final total to nearly one hundred and twenty pounds. I obviously asked for this to be removed whereupon the owner questioned why. I politely explained to him the reasons why whereupon he was quite taken a back! I also explained that it was my right not to pay a 'discretionary' service charge and if I was to tip then I would have tipped the waitress only, which I did in cash, as none of the fiasco encountered seemed to be of her doing or fault. After paying I requested a copy of the final VAT receipt/bill to take with me (rather than the cheap POS print out he originally served up) whereupon the owner didn't have a clue what I was talking about, so I left without one, shaking my head in disbelief vowing never, ever to go back again. Rant over!

Pizza was very good. Risotto was poor. Restaurant empty even on a Friday lunchtime so lacked atmosphere. Probably wouldn’t return.

Wonderful food and environment. Chef was very engaging with my 3 year old and very friendly. Good service. Only criticism - Chili oil tasted very stale and not hot at all. We will be going back very soon!

Very poor. Ordered kids pizza but wrong pizza was cooked (so correct pizza turned up some time after others had been served up). Then told there was no ice cream (so dessert included in children's menu wouldn't be honoured). Then charged for a kids drink (when meant to be included in kids menu). Asked for children's drink to be taken off bill - to be told it was an adult's drink. Appalling service (with the exception of the young girl at the restaurant who was trying her best - but working in pretty impossible circumstances). Awful service - will not be returning.

This is the second time I have been to this restaurant. The food is good; I had a lasagne and my friend had a salad. They were both good quality and generous helpings. The waiting staff were welcoming and attentive. We would both come again.

Service very good. My food was fine, but my husbands calzone was slightly over cooked, however he did eat it. Music could be a bit quieter in the background. We will probably go back.

It's got the potential to be a good restaurant but staff are lacking.. Pizzas are great and that's what draws people's there but staff are bland and stand around not doing a lot and having private conversations at the bar area which most of the time are inappropriate..

It was a nice place to go for a casual meal with the children. Nice venue and attentive staff, food was good. Wouldn't choose it for a romantic meal for two as probably would be loud later at night.

Lovely atmosphere, attentive staff, food we had tasted good but was undercooked and .order wasn't right. Friends have had similar experience. For the price Youd expect it to be right. Shame the kitchen staff are letting down the rest of the staff who were lovely. They took all 3 pizzas off the bill. Would def go back to see if any better next time as I liked it there.

Lovely food, reasonably priced, and prompt, friendly service. Best pizzas we've had since holidaying in Italy! Shame they feel the need to have intrusive music blasting out though.

Overall really nice hot and tasty Pizza and very friendly staff. One fault was that both the Pizza Uno and the Olives were very salty and left me drinking water through the night. Please try to reduce the salt a bit.

The food and decor is superb but the staff need to be more alert as you are waiting a long time for drink orders or for dessert menu. We had to help ourselves to the menus. Glad to see you can order a take away

Service wasn't very good, drinks cocktails didn't all come up at the same time nor did the pizza, no one came and asked if we wanted the dessert menu, got it ourselves, and wasn't asked if we wanted anymore drinks. Not sure I will go back.

Friendliest staff, nice atmosphere in the restaurant. Good choice on menu. Food reasonably priced. Would recommend for families. Only criticism is that there was only one toilet for the ladies.
