new potatoes in a rich tomato curry sauce, with a touch of coconut, which gives a creamy quality to this dish, without having any cream

Ras malai
Genuinely iconic Indian dessert, paneer-ish dumplings soaked in thickened, sweetened milk. Tastes way bettwe than I've described
Lemon drizzle cake (vegan)
With coconut ice cream - oh yes my amazing head chef has perfected this double whammy of a vegan dessert. Both elements absolutely rock independently, and together they are uncontrollable! (contains a teeny bit of vodka)
Pannacotta
Vanilla with a fresh raspberry coulis, it has the most incredible wobble, a piece of performance art on a plate
