The food was amazing, served quickly, the staff was very friendly and the overall atmosphere of the pub was really nice (and spooky with the Halloween decorations). The Plough is.one of our favourite pubs in Ipswich!
I ordered Fish & Chips with mushy peas. The Chips were a very small amount of fries, not Chips as advertised, and the fish was as mushy as the peas. I swear I'll never order or recommend this dish at this pub. I'm so sorry to leave a neg review but had looked forward to my lunch & felt let down. I mentioned my complaint and got the reply that they (the pub) likes feedback. I like the pub but will think twice before having Sunday lunch there again.
