Cool looking place and very relaxed vibe. Menu looked tasty but seems like there might have been some issues with the ordering system or with the kitchen staff as we waited nearly an hour for our food to come. Then didn't receive half the dishes, nudged the servers about the missing food, waited for the remaining dishes about 20 minutes. After again reminding both servers they were still missing (bruschetta, fried olives, croquettes so we weren't being impatient) we ended up leaving about 10 minutes afterwards without the dishes because we'd been there nearly 2.5 hours and had only been served 5 small plates. Was tasty but wasn't wowed by the food. Do want to say thank you to the waiting staff as they were polite when clearly dealing with something going wrong as multiple tables were disgruntled as we were.

Nice meal but the mound of broccoli was too much!

Delicious food, pleasant service. It was a bit quiet on a Saturday lunchtime so slightly lacking in atmosphere but meant we could hear each other very well! The menu is very tempting, we had 2 dishes each and that was plenty.

I arrived at 17.30 and it was the "aperitivo" time. I did not know about it. The waiter suggested to have a drink at 5£ ( instead of 7.50£). I had an excellent Bellini served with truffle crisps offered by the house (un délice!). Thank you guys for your good customer service and ci vediamo!

This is a once successful chain that is resting on its laurels. Service was very slow, food was cold, it is just very disappointing
