Pranzo Restaurant

The restaurant is really nice inside, the staff are great and I have now tried both the italian and indian food and can honestly say they are both great.

We were quite excited about visiting Pranzo with their Italian/South Asian fusion menu, however left a little disappointed. Firstly the wait for the food was over 30mins, not great when you have children with you and the restaurant wasn't that busy. Secondly the drinks were very watered down and we had to request a jug of water later on. Thirdly the Italian dishes were not of the standard you would expect in a restaurant as we make better versions at home! Despite the above the South Asian element of the menu was great and made up for a disappointing evening hence the 3 stars. Pretty average but good South Asian options on the menu.

Very nice service. Decor was very welcoming and so were the staff. The food was just as good and came quite quick. Will definitely visit again.

Customer service wasn’t great no One asked if our food was good asked for ketchup 3 times till I got it and did not give correct takeaway bag found out till I got home food was standard

booked restaurant online on the day of my wifes birthday.. went there the restaurant was closed. there was no coutesy call to say its closed..

Firstly greeted with a warm welcome, very fresh and clean in the restaurant. Service was fantastic and food was even better. Wow the portions for the main meals are huge, consider sharing if not do what i did ask to take the rest home, too nice not to. My son is quiet fussy and he loved the food the pizza was huge as no kids menu. Definitely recommend and definitely eat at Pranzo again. Ameera

Food excellent, waiters and kitchen very slow and in attentive - menus not given fior 15 mins and starters took a further 45 mins and we had to ask 3 times. Excuse given big party in but that’s no excuse.

Food was delicious & served promptly. A little expensive and was very cold, kept our jackets on throughout the meal. Excellent customer service and will definitely visit again.

Always perfect. Love the good here. The atmosphere is lovely and we always have a great time. The service was a little slow last night but it was a Saturday night and it was busy but always a great experience.

Since living in Dubai this is the first five star restaurant I've found in Birmingham serving Halal food. Excellent service and perfectly cooked food. In a nutshell "Fantastic"

I wouldn't go again. The place is more about decor being tasteful than the food....also very expensive....not impressed at all. I had to ask the waiter to speak with the chef as he was using the same dish cloth to wipe his forehead that he was using as preparing the foods!!!!!

Great service. Staff all dressed in black neat tidy and well presented. Food was bang on. Delicious and filling. There's a choice for everyone. Brilliant. Thumbs up from me. ☺

Good Food at an ok! price (portions are abit small compared to other restaurants (the Lambi Karahi should really be enough for two but it was barely enough for 1) Love that they sell both Indian and Italian. Child Friendly, comfortable chairs, good service. A bit Disappointed they were out of "rasmalliah's" though...:(

Great food, amazing service, caters for all tastes Asian and Italian. Everyone loved the decor and parking. Its been my 4th visit this year and would be coming again

Nice place very good food, kids loved the Italian side of the menu. Where as the grown ups enjoyed both the Indian and a bit of the Italian.

Excellent restaurant, one of my favourites. My meal on Friday was the best yet!! The cocktails were fab too! I would highly recommend, family orientated or for a mixed party.

Was good food was decent and good quick service friendly aswell so can't complain! Would go again and if I do I'll book online, lot easier

a terrible, staff forgot our drinks, got half way through starters, pakoras raw in middle, plates not clean, curry from previous customer on salt pot.

Excellent restaurant with beautiful food and very friendly polite staff who helped with all aspects. Would deffinatley recommend to friends and return again when in the area

Four of us selected food from the Indian Menu, all of which was superb. The restaurant was busy and yet we were served promptly. Would definitely visit this restaurant again.

Good authentic Indian food. Nice ambience. Looks like this Indian restaurant has been converted from pub. It is very spacious and service is reasonably quick. I would recommend.

It was ok not. I've been here a number of times and it's always been better. The food took a long time to arrive not the best experience

We were celebrating my husbands birthday. Took people there for the first time and the service was really bad. We had booked table for 7:30 online but when we got there we only got a table after 8pm. We sat there without menus for 15 mins.finally order drinks and popdams that came after 20 mins. Didn't get what we ordered for main course for 35mins. Received cutlery without napkins or tissues. Was bad. Don't think we'll ever go back on a weekend or to celebrate a birthday ever again.

Great service would recommend to people nice atmosphere, nicely furnished and polite staff members. only negative is portions are to small for the price unfortunately

It wAs nicely decorated and the staff were nice. However the Italian food was not great and it went cold quickly.. Disappointed overall I was expecting better.

good location good decor but layout of kitchen a bit off putting comfortable seating but heating needs to be improved especially in waiting areas and toilets Cant fault the menus / choices of food and drink and the service which was exceedingly good with a little bit of improvement to the whole place as pointed out below this would be an excellent place to dine out

Party of six visit for a birthday meal. The restaurant is looks very nice great atmosphere, service was very efficient and friendly, food was good, big portions with the biryanis so maybe better to share one portion.

Lovely food place is nice and cozy .staff is lovely too .will go again with friends soon .definitely recommend to my friends .also there is lot of parking space aswel outside the pranzo so no tension where to park

It's a beautiful little restaurant, the food is always cooked to a very high standard and extremely tasty. The staff are wonderful and polite. Every time we've been here we've always left satisfied and pleased with every meal. also to the lady that phones to confirm online orders and bookings, you're a crowd favourite and your blue hair looks beautiful! I would definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone!

Great food great atmosphere and great service! Haven't tried their "Italian" menu yet but I'm sure it's as tasty as their "Indian" one and won't disappoint. Will be visiting again very soon :)

Set up more for Asian than Italian food. Nice food, good service and good value. Own car park, although it was difficult to find a space when we arrived.

The staff were really attentive and friendly wide selection of variety in menu the actual place was well lit and very clean relaxing atmosphere it's what you need
