Fantastic food cooked as requested... throughly enjoyable experience, excellent service bar and restaurant...the most pleasant ,friendly and professional staff ... its a gem of a place

Overall very nice restaurant, nice staff and great food - it does get busy over lunch - we waited far too long for our food - even though i had offered to preorder to avoid this (6ppl). We were offered drinks on the house as an acknowledgement.

Very disappointed with the limited lunchtime menu choices. We really struggled with it. Opted for shepherd's pie which was the only thing on there that we liked. But both of us agreed it was too heavy for lunch. We waited an age for the food to arrive and when it did it was completely lacking any seasoning. I don't think we will be returning based on this experience.

Love this place, have been going for years and always great and consistent service. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Food menus is great and updated regularly. Good wine list also.

Chicken ceaser salad. Lots of lettuce, 3 small croutons and tough chicken. £60 for 3 if those with a glass of wine each. Certainly not worth it.
