nice tasty shame day spoilt by these bloody surveys waste of time
Absolute 10/10 service and food Treated the other half and daughter to Sunday meal for her birthday... If a 3 year old sits in silence you know the foods good
Fantastic food Great atmosphere Polite waiters and Modern ambiance .
Very good food with interesting combinations, especially the duck and rhubarb which was excellent. Staff were very welcoming and attentive. A very pleasant place for lunch. Definitely recommended if you are in Worcester.
Food was really good, service was good, but waiting times for each course was very slow.
Short staffed on chefs but otherwise manager did a great job and food was excellent!
Tapas was bland, have had much better at the boathouse at Upton upon Severn.
The menu wasn’t as advertised on their website & Twitter feed - and what I was familiar with. Front of house staff were pleasant but the food was bland and unappetising.

Highly recommend a visit to Primo, food was excellent and a lovely courtyard area out the back.
tapas menu is normally good. They had run out if a few items early evening. service was slow but waiting staff helpful and friendly. The tapas we had was really nice, tasty and nicely presented Main courses choices were limited. Rainbow trout portion very small and potato rosti very salty. Steak was ok a little tough to say it had been cooked medium rare... An ok visit.. not as great as previous visit.
Such a shame lovely venue but the tapas took 2 hours to arrive and staff didn’t have a clue what was going on, lots of people leaving as couldn’t wait, so not the best experience.
Great service, food good also but limited choices on the menu. Tapas was excellent.
