Absolutely fantastic experience. Will definitely return again. The Sunday lunch was amazing. I have never had so many different vegetables offered as part of the standard price. Outstanding value for money.
Absolutely fantastic evening. The customer service was second to none. A young man called Thomas was our waiter. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He was extremely professional and polite the whole evening. The food was fabulous. Very tasty , brilliant value for money and lots of it !!! They've definitely hit the right balance with Thomas as front of house and cracking chef behind the scenes . Have already booked a table for the Sunday lunch tomorrow !,,,
Quinns Cafe Bar & Bistro has become a popular pitstop all through the day in the city centre of Darlington. Perfect for refuelling during retail therapy, a midweek lunch break or a cosy evening meal, this all-in-one bistro is there to sort you out in the Imperial Centre on Grange Road. Their elegant design and warm lighting suits a business meeting well, but the atmosphere is above all cosy and comfortable, with plenty of soft sofas to while away the afternoon and padded bar stools to park up for an after-work drink. With exquisite cakes and finger sandwiches for afternoon tea, a fully stocked bar and of course their lengthy menu showcasing Mediterranean flavours and contemporary international cuisine, it’s hard to imagine a reason not to pop into Quinns whatever the occasion.
Their Sunday lunch is becoming legendary for locals around Darlington’s Grange Road, with heart-warming roasts prepared fresh and by hand, just like nanna would, and the option for one, two or three courses meaning you can add such goodies as pork and chicken liver terrine with pickles and apple chutney to start, or finish the meal in style with a triple chocolate and hazelnut brownie with pistachio ice cream. Quinns bistro is also lively for lunch, for creative offerings like ratatouille strudel marking a point of difference from other city centre eateries, while early birds can enjoy the full treatment with satisfying breakfasts like a toasted English muffin topped with chorizo, mushroom, boudin noir and a poached egg.
