Really enjoyed my visit for a 16th birthday celebration, we went on a thursday around 4:30 so the restaurant was empty which was lovely, more guests started coming in around 7pm. The staff were helpful and very cautious with allergies and dishes that might contain traces of allergns which was good to see. It would be nice if there were a wider range of dessert options. There were no dessert options suitable for people with nut allergies apart from fruit and ice cream, dissapointing as the birthday girl wanted some kind of cake or dessert dish, but the fruit platter with birthday show was a nice touch.

I wanted to bring to your attention an unpleasant experience I had during my recent visit yesterday. Upon arriving at the restaurant, the host at the front entrance, Nafisa, was extremely rude and displayed a bad attitude towards me and my husband. Her behavior made us feel unwelcome, and as a result, we decided to leave without dining. It’s disappointing to be treated this way, especially when customer service should be a top priority. I hope management addresses this issue and ensures that all guests are greeted with courtesy and respect in the future.

Was amazing. Celebrated mum and aunts bday! Fernando and all the staff gave amazing service couldn’t fault them at all. Nothing was to much. Made the experience super special. Magician was great too and ambiance too. Food was good overall - some of the meat could have been a bit more tender but overall amazing!

One of the staff members a lady was very rude on the phone and in person. Very disrespectful. It’s a shame because it was my birthday and I would’ve liked to get treated nicer .

My wife and I had an amazing evening at Rakkas. It was quite a long journey from where we live, but it was absolutely worth it! The food was delicious, the entertainment was fantastic, and the shisha was top-notch. What really made the experience stand out was the exceptional service — the staff were very attentive, especially Fernando, who went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely be back!

The food and atmosphere was good but I noted it was a birthday booking and mentioned it a few times, we ordered a lot of food and paid an expensive service charge but didn't receive a complementary birthday message/desert which was disappointing, especially because we were the only customers in the restaurant!
