Manchester is a melting pot of different cultures and you’ll find cuisine from every corner of the world served up in the city. Over in Sale you'll find a little piece of the Med in the form of Raoshi, a contemporary Lebanese restaurant serving up an array of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern dishes. Share some mezze plates from the extensive selection that includes kibbeh (deep-fried lamb meatballs), falafel, chicken sambousek and baba ganoush, the perfect accompaniment to your Lebanese feast. Then, sink your teeth into some succulent charcoal grilled meat like the lamb shwarma or go for a traditional Arabic dish like the makloubeh (aubergine served on a bed of rice with lamb and yoghurt). Just remember to book in advance as this little Yew Tree Lane joint is known to fill up fast!
i found a hair into my food and asked waitress to take my food away. he doesn't say sorry for that, at the end they just brought some sweet. i'll never choose this restaurant again.

Great food and great service. We will be back for sure. Loved my Lebanese salad, don't think I'll look at normal salad the same way anymore.
