Terrible! We were sat down next to the hottest radiator on the planet. Asked to move because it was so uncomfortable. Some drinks didn’t arrive, had to ask again. Ordered the special garlic bread and that’s not what arrived. Ordered the tagliatelle rapallo (rabbit tagliatelle) and a chicken tagliatelle arrived. When the rabbit one finally arrived, the pasta was undercooked. The service was terrible. It wasn’t very busy but we were rushed. Had to ask twice for a glass of water. Had to ask for a cooler for the white wine. They didn’t really do anything about the bill considering how shocking the experience was. A free limoncello does not make up for a bad meal. We should have stayed with what we know is good and gone to Casalingo in Ainsworth because it’s so much better! Disappointment from start to finish at Rapallo!

Table ready, no wait, even though restaurant was busy. Order taken promptly, starters a little wait, mains arrived on time. Asked twice for water before it arrived. Food excellent, will visit again.

Amazing welcome food and service best Italian restaurant outside of Manchester. Will definitely be going again I had the mixed garlic bread and the tomato half was the best I’ve ever had. The lasagne was piping hot and delicious. Reasonabley priced worth a visit.

We all had a fantastic time. Food was delicious and we felt very spoilt. Loved everyone singing happy birthday haha, person was very surprised and had a birthday to remember. A night we all will actually 😆

Fantastic evening, amazing service, incredible food and a really relaxed atmosphere. Everyone we had the pleasure of meeting really made us feel welcome. A gem of a restaurant right on our doorstep. We will definitely be back and I will recommend to friends and family.

Very lovely atmosphere, brilliant live music, staff are extremely helpful, food was quick and very nice but felt like our table was put in the wrong place, as we were right in front of the steps and people had to walk right around our table to get round the restaurant.

Greeted with a warm welcome and a smile. Great meal from pasta, pizza and fish.Good choice of wines. Great staff very friendly and attentive. Definitely worth giving it a try.

It was nice to return to this restaurant under new ownership. I was glad to see the linen table cloths and napkins together with a new makeover make a real difference when compared with other local restaurants. The food and service was excellent and we will return soon

I have been to Rapello 3 times in the last month now. It is Consistently excellent food. The Gamberoni Rapello is to die for and always excellent attentive service.

Fantastic food, all ordered different meals and all arrived at the same time piping hot. Service was outstanding too. Staff were lovely and we will definitely be back soon

Party of 4 which was first visit. Tagliatelle Pollo was very tasty with a kick, certainly would choose again. Reasonably priced and will go again
