Hull isn’t short of restaurants to pick up some quality Indian food, but Ray’s Place stands out from the crowd. Why? Well, firstly because the decor is traditionally Indian and inviting, not like the overkill of too contemporary decor that some Indian restaurants go for these days. After that, you’ve then got the food. At Ray’s Place you’ll see special dishes that you won’t find anywhere else in Hull and certainly not in Botanic or around Princess Avenue – Ray’s lamb tarkari being our pick of the bunch. Treat yourself and reserve a table now. You’ll not be disappointed.
The food is spot on. Friendly staff. A small place a little crowed with the a mount of tables and chair spaces. Toilets not the best. As I said the food is great
Great food. Quick service. Polite and friendly staff. Decor is a bit dated but the flavour of the food certainly makes up for that. Thoroughly recommended.
