when we got there we were told to go to the bar for 10 minutes as the table wasn't ready - when I asked that it would be definetely free in 10 minutes we were told that it could be 20! We left and ate next door!
Fabulous meal. Very different to the bog standard curry house with a good variety of dishes and flavours. Service was excellent and well deserving of its award winning status.

We are regular visitors to the Red Chilli where the service & most of all the food is 1st class. There's no rush to order as soon as you sit down & great to spend a few hours with family & friends in a great East End setting
This was our second visit. It is a lovely place. The service was good, the food was excellent and it was all very reasonably priced.
This place has gone downhill over time. It used to be really good but the quality of the dishes has rapidly declined and the service has become somewhat shoddy. Such a shame. Might have to dine elsewhere to get my Indian fix now.
