TOREADOR
A sublime, fruity and perfectly balanced tequila tipple. 100% agave blanco tequila, apricot liqueur and lime juice shaken briskly and served in a chilled couplet
SINGAPORE SLING
A fruity, mid-summer mix of dry gin, Benedictine, cherry brandy, pineapple juice and lemon juice.
GIN ZOMBIE
This lighter, brighter version of the rum classic uses Tanqueray and Hayman’s Sloe and Old Tom gins, combined with lemon, lime and pineapple juices. Finished up with passion fruit and bitters.
THE SOUR
Choose from whiskey, amaretto or Midori, shaken hard with lemon juice, egg white and sugar syrup, served over ice.
