The visit at rhythm kitchen wasn’t good we had to wait ages for our food ordered soup as a starter but my mum didn’t have a spoon to eat the soup with she had to wait like 10 minutes for one I’m not happy that I had to pay service charge because we didn’t get any service

The food was good and happy hour was a welcomed bonus. It was busy for a week night which was promising & deliveries were constant. Nice local restaurant and reasonably priced.

Brilliant time for birthday lunchtime celebration for a group of 4. Everyone loved the delicious food, cocktails and great background music. I will be back for their happy hour which includes my favourite Mango daiquiri.

Good drinks although could have had a tad more rum in the standard cocktails. Quality of food was great, my only negative would be that the 1/4 chicken jerk was a bit on the small side. The jerk gravy and prawn starter was amazing. The food took a little while to come out but it was a busy Saturday night and we did delay ordering by 30 mins to allow a friend to join. Overall would defos recommend a trip if you like Carribbean food and rum cocktails.

The service wasn’t that great. And the food wasn’t that good either. We waited a while for the table to be cleaned, then a while to be asked if we would like drinks. We ordered one thing and even that was too big for the table we were sat at. and there was not enough meat for two people. The decor needed some thought into its authenticity. Whe walls were dirty and needed a wipe down. On a positive there was one member of staff who was friendly and polite. And the rice and peas were lovely.

We came for a double birthday celebration and the food was lovely and the atmosphere great. Will definately be back. Ordered takeaway for my Partner and he enjoy it . Only thing and not really a negative but thought the takeaway price would have been cheaper but it was worth every penny.

Food good service ok. My only niggle is that in this cold weather the entrance and the layout of the restaurant does no favours for dinners anytime the door is opened. They may want to think about some sort of breaker at the door to prevent dinner from getting a blast of cold air everytume the door was opened.

Location is a little off the beaten track from the Centre of Walthamstow and you'll need to pay for parking if you want to come during the day. But once you arrive you should have very little to complain about as the decor is homely and brightens up the space. I particularly enjoyed the pictures of iconic figures such as Jesse Jackson and Bob Marley. The food is what you're here for though and unless you want Brown Stew Fish and /lots/ of hard food (like one member of my party did) you should be alright. However, don't be fooled into thinking you will get amazing value for money. Caribbean food is time consuming to make and uses a lot of ingredients - so the prices reflect that. In fact, the £29ish set menu is very fairly priced as going al a carte over three courses is about £30 per person anyway + drinks. Food seems to be made to order too, so expect a bit of a wait time of about 25-30 minutes, but I assure you the wait is worth it. This then gives you plenty of time to take a look over the extensive drinks menu which boats over 70 rums, fresh fruit juices, homemade lemonades, various tea's and beers from back home. If you're into cocktails Rhythm Kitchen does that too so there's something for everyone. Overall, very enjoyable and worth your time. It gets a recommend from me if it's within your budget.
