Disaster from start to finish…waited over 2 hours to get food..lovely young waitress was in charge or taking coats,taking drinks order,preparing drinks,taking food order,clearing tables serving food and doing bills all by herself for the whole restaurant! Kitchen was totally unprepared.

We booked a table, got a reservation email back, got ready to go, drove 20 mins to get there as I was dads house to find out it was closed. Maybe next time switch off the booking website.

Table booked for 5.30pm as going to a show after and restaurant wasn't even open!

Fantastic, authentic Italian cuisine - everything was delicious. Friendly staff and good vale for the exceptional quality of food.

Very Annoyed that you do not have the account with them to make bookings so our booking wasn't registered. They however sorted our booking out without any problems and we had a fantastic night despite your error.

There were quite a few issues, but they did try to resolve them. The food was very nice and the service is good. However, the antipasti was served at the same time as two of the three starters that were very heavy on sauce but didn’t come with bread. The garlic bread was burned and tasted extremely bitter. The steak was absolutely swimming in sauce but was served with no vegetables. My pasta dish had extremely overcooked pasta and this mistake was corrected, but my friends had finished their small piece of steak in their enormous pool of sauce by the time my fresh pasta arrived. So even though it was yummy. I didn’t feel comfortable eating it. The restaurant wasn’t busy, yet it couldn’t cope with the orders.

This was our 2nd visit, Food was nice but we much preferred it on our 1st visit. Mussels were extremely small and almost like they were frozen and the sauce a bit watery. Other than that our food was nice.

What a lovely little place food is great as is the service plus a realy nice atmosphere.

There was no message or notice that the restaurant was closed even after recieving 2 emails saying booking had been confirmed

Booked in advance, restaurant was closed when we arrived. Disappointed.
