We booked a table for Mother’s Day and arrived expecting it to be ready at our reserved time. Unfortunately, we were kept waiting and it was 25 minutes after the time booked and only after I approached the staff to remind them of our booking were we finally shown to our table — with no explanation offered. The restaurant had a special Mother’s Day menu (starter, main, and dessert), but since no one was keen on dessert, we opted for the regular lunch menu instead. This was disappointing, as most of the lunch options lacked any Indian dishes. What’s more, the mains in the Special Mother's Day menu weren't even included as dish of the day which was Sunday roast. The food itself was decent — nothing exceptional, but perfectly acceptable. However, the overall experience left us underwhelmed. Between the poor table management, lack of communication, and the menu choices, we felt let down by both the service and the venue. We’re considering returning one evening to specifically try the Indian dishes, but we haven’t yet decided whether we will give it another chance.

Lovely fresh clear decor with an outside area, good atmosphere with background music food & drink was very reasonably priced, staff were polite and helpful, they were fairly busy so a slight delay in service as only 1 waitress serving. Would definitely return, was told they have themed nights monthly Caribbean Mexican etc.

We had a really lovely evening it was our Anniversay the staff were so attentive,the chef came out to see us and the food was delicious we had the tasting menu we will definitely be back .

We really enjoyed the food. It is early days I’m sure they will realise starters are first, to eat before main. We were asked if we wanted it all together. Maybe we eat too much, asked for Poppadams & pickles first. Staff were lovely and not too attentive. Tasted fresh & not oily, will return.
