We are not happy with your service. Many times we were calling you but no success. One day we were told it is enough one day before to book. So we booked one day on your website and we got the confirmatiom of the reservation. Next day we came and we were shocked the restaurant is closed because of the wedding. It is really unbelievable bad service.

It was closed when we went there so this is also quandoos fault as it let us reserve a table there. Was upset about that cause river side is actually is a very nice place and took my friend out on date after reserving a table and went we went there it was closed :/

Me and a freind go every week . The food is lovely . A good choice of food at the buffet . Staff very friendly make you feel very welcome .

Most of the food was tasteless. This was my 4th visit and it seemed like the quality of the food has gone down including the variety. Was quite disappointed.

Food was ok but this changes all the time.Sometimes its good and sometimes its not as good. The atmosphere is brilliant and the decor is very nice.

The customer service was not great not to mention the food!! Never to go again! Food was half cooked all sauce was watery most grill food was burnt!! Too expensive paid £80 for a curry would of been better of at my locals!!

Overall experience was very nice, the place looked great, was look aftered by staff, only downside was that the food didn't taste too great, as had a bit more higher expectations.

I had the buffet with my family which was on half price offer mon-thurs. I must say their service was excellent. lots of different dishes to choose from, Thai, Mongolian, Indian, English aswell as a choice of variety of desserts to finish off your meal with.

Expensive but an excellent buffet in pleasant surroundings. Good selection of tasty dishes of high quality. However, presentation and quality of desserts was poor. Overall, you won't find much better this side of London.

Diabolical service; waiter kept asking me to repeat order, was freezing cold and the ambience is dismal. Opening night and no one was there! Overpriced on the steaks and burgers. Buffet no longer available but this wasn't evident on the website. Found out when we got there. Went for a friends birthday and when I passed over cake to be brought out as it was a surprise the waiter ended up revealing the surprise to birthday girl. Not impressed. Would not recommend

The location and restuarant is stunning, I have to say. I entered the restaurant with high expectations and was looking forward to seeing what the buffet had to offer. Unfortunately, the chicken in every dish was either overcooked or dry. Nothing was fresh. It was as though the food had been out for a long time. The food itself was bland and tasteless. I was really disppointed with the experience, and I left hungry. The dessert was quite amateur. I felt as though the majority of the food was bought from Iceland and heated up, such as the chips, pizzas, hash browns, and chicken nuggets. The cake was bought from a supermarket too. The naan was dry and crisp too. I won't be coming back.

very nice decor. food was ok. but abit of more seasoning needed in some dishes. loved the soup and deserts. kids really enjoyed the food. drinks were abit expensive.

The food was delicious but i wish they had bit more of a selection on the deserts. They have these really nice mango desert in a double shot glass with biscuit inside that was our favorite.

the interiror is nice, i went on a very quiet monday night and was one of the first to enter. the choice of starters was slim, mainly different types of chicken wings. the mains had a larger selection unfortunately labels were mismatched as they advertised lamb bhyriany instead it was actually chicken. the food was very bland. had to use the chilli condiments to make up for it. the deserts were the most disappointing, not only was there a tiny range but mostly was fruits. all in all, was cheap enough but wouldnt go there again.

It was our first ever visit to Riverside Lounge and it was great experience. Menu was awsome and dishes were very tasty. Especially their "Lamb Bhuna" , "Nihari" , "Muse" and other asian dishes were of great taste. Price was not bad too. However, separate drinks look on higher side. I would like to go again on some other occassion and will recommend to my friends as well.

Booked online only to be told they open later when I got there despite numereous calls before getting there as no one would pick up. We had to wait for few minutes. the food was good but with less selection, the staff not very impressive, nor very helpful, I was told kids go free then i was charged . Overall it was ok but there are better places to go

Food was pretty standard, somewhat similar to jimmys world buffet but that was definitely made up for by the great customer service!

We were in London for the weekend (from the East Midlands). My wife had seen the adverts for Riverside and wanted to try it out. The food was nice. Good variety. Had a nice time. Gave 4/6 as had asked for a table in a private area and not in the middle of the food area. I called the restaurant before going to ask if they had prayer facilities. They said they did. When I arrived, I said I wanted to pray. I was told the room is upstairs but they were preparing for a party tomorrow. I was led through the kitchen to the back storage area where they had a prayer area for the staff. Overall it was enjoyable but I don't think I would go again.
