And the staff are incredibly friendly which, of course, always helps. In fact, you could say every guest is treated like royalty… Unusually for an Indian restaurant, at Royal Bengal any dish can be mixed and matched at the diner’s request, meaning you’re guaranteed and interesting and tasty meal. Of course, if you’d rather just trust the chefs there are loads of unusual specialities available, one highlight among many being the thengapal duck, prepared with caramelised onion, bell peppers and fennel.
