Rubino Kitchen

Just superb, an old fisherman's lodge, only 18 covers, limited menu but I could eat all of it. Perfectly cooked, excellent quality and flavour. Went on a Wednesday afternoon for my wife's birthday and was practically full. Great value, would thoroughly recommend.

Fixed price lunch menu is excellent value for 3 delicious courses and a glass of wine. We especially enjoyed the starter of smoked haddock Scotch egg and the main course of skate wing with chickpeas. Friendly service and quirky venue.

Such amazing flavours to every dish I’ve tried at Rubino - the ingredient combinations are pure genius. A great place to take my oldest friends to for a special evening - they both want to go again and wished they lived nearer!
