Located in the heart of the Bishop’s Stortford town centre, Ruby’s serves up some of the best Indian cuisine you’re likely to find anywhere in Hertfordshire. Boasting an extensive menu that’s brimming with all the classics you know and love, alongside creative signatures that are not to be missed, you’ll be delighted by the flavours of each dish no matter what you order. We love the Ruby’s special balti masala cooked with fresh spices, lamb and chicken; saffron chicken; Goan lobster moilee and the tandoori salmon cutlets – but really, it’s all delicious. Also serving plenty of vegetarian options, everyone is more than catered for at Ruby’s in Bishop’s Stortford. You’ll find it on Hockerill Street, not far from the main train station.

We've had an absolutely lovely meal for our daughter's birthday and we will definitely go back soon. Fabulous food and service. 5 🌟
Lovely meal as usual although clearly the staff were very busy with a very packed restaurant but drinks and popadoms were flowing whilst waiting. Unfortunately our reservation via Wyandotte’s want received by them but thankfully we called ahead to change numbers and all was eventually resolved
Four souls met up to eat. Very enjoyable evening. Food top notch. Thank you Ruby Restaurant
