The restaurant is closed. We booked table, went all way to Epping and the restaurant is closed. I’m really annoyed

Over the top expensive £120 for two without drinks and the food portions were tiny. Never again will I go to such an expensive place for the equivalent of a light snack.

Lovely staff, very fresh food, decent portions. A big plus is easy parking after 5.30. Prices not at all bad for Japanese - you can get a filling main for !£10-12 as well as more expenisve sushi options.

Food was excellent, atmosphere/ambience/decor was nice. Service was good (if not quite polished..) Overall very friendly and relaxed environment serving very tasty dishes at a reasonable price. Thumbs up.

Absolutely terrible! Arrived 5 minutes before our booking time 8pm. Got seated fraught away. Great! Then Waite 38 minutes for a menu to be shown. Then waited a further 20 minutes before we got a drink. All in all we left the premises at 11! Shocking

We arrived at 7 as that’s when our reservation was booked. We was waiting 45 minutes for our starters to come followed another hour and a half for our mains to come. Even after I had asked where is our food once it had been an hour. Took another 45 minutes to get our desert once ordered. This was not down to the waiter/waitress as they was very helpful, but the manager was know where to be seen even when over had asked for him did not show. Money was taking off the bill but on Valentine’s Day it was not nice to be left waiting for that long and for the manager not to even come out and apologise.

I love this restaurant! It's the best sushi ever. So fresh. Just one thing that I noticed at the end of my meal was that there was too much teriyaki sauce on my salmon and rice. Apart from that, excellent food and service.

The service was terrible, our chicken wings were under cooked, and our chicken teriyaki had a hair in it. Won’t be returning. And the still took our voucher we had to use in the restaurant. We had 4 different waiters who all brought us the wrong food and drink. Then when the bill came up the manager brought the wrong bill. The apologise for a poor night the manager offered us a glass of Prosecco and we refused and asked for the bill. As I said our voucher was still taken which was £60 worth but the rest of the bill was “on the house”. Disgusting experience, would not recommended.

This place was an amazing find! There’s not enough Japanese cuisines in the suberbs so I was pleased when I found this one with a very good menu. The quality of food was as good as Nobu and Sushi Samba. Will definitely be a regular and highly recommend!

Food and interior was nice. Few things were dissapointing - slow service and most of the desserts not available. The waitress looked confused. She was asking us several times if we finished food when we were eating... forgot (probably) to bring £10 change. Hopefully next time will be more lucky:)

A visit to Saisaki is a real treat. The wonderful ambience, an alluring bar with fabulous cocktail selection (which includes a few creative inventions of heir own) and a great menu of th most wonderful Japanese food. Saisaki has to be the best Japanese restaurant in and around the Greater London area.

Food was lovely, service slow and not very attentive. Was told kitchen closes at 9, but they only took our order at 9:15, then we got told at 11:30 that they are now closing and we need to leave..(not in rude way but blunt enough)

The food was delicious and the service was friendly but the atmosphere was awful. We had to shout to be heard so conversation became impossible. We will order takeaway from here next time!
