We had some problems with speed of service and an issue with a starter but the manger made everything right and we were well compensated. I would give them another chance to redeem them selves as they looked over booked and under staffed. But the mains when we got them were nice.

The food service and staff were lovely. The price was very reasonably. I had the pork belly and was very disappointed there was no crackling on it, but very tender. Would have been nice to have had a nice light desert like creme caramel or something as the cheese cakes were heavy and dry. All in all a very nice evening ,we will be going again in the near future.

First of all, the food we had was really tasty. They didn't have everything on the menu, so that was frustrating. Coffee machine was broken so our wives couldn't have their Coffee. Waitress said amazing about a thousand times even when I ordered a coke, it was amazing. Overall very nice ,but not wow

Music far too loud. Drinks took far too long to arrive. Food decidedly average and missing key parts - no humous with the “falafel & humous bowl” and salads did not appear, despite being requested.

The service was great very friendly and generally good food . But one of the meals was cold the mozzarella ball .

Really lovely setting - sat inside. It was quiet but the service was attentive but not overly so. Food amazing - starters were big! Pizzas all really good and the best tiramisu ever !

They surprised our daughter with a birthday dessert and sung to her. The waiter was very attentive too.

Great food, great service! Went to Serina’s for dinner for 4 people - there was live music which was a lovely addition, and great atmosphere for a Friday night! Would highly recommend it for the fresh pasta and pizza! 😍 Georgie our server was fabulous too!

Lovely setting, and staff, nice food, warm weather wine and a server who was so sweet but not even trained on how to open a bottle of wine! Some food was really good but others were missing half the items listed on the menu- risotto and looked like pale porridge with no color.

We learnt after arrival many options on the menu were not available due to stock. My friend was not able to have gluten free pizza she was very much looking forward to. There was no stock of unicorn ice-cream and other items for the children on the limited children's menu. It was a Saturday evening and no full menu stock, not surprising the place was only half full. Bill came to £122 for a family of four even after one of us did not have a starter, the other a main and another a dessert. We won't be returning here again.

2 of us were sick after eating the muscles some of the food was cold which is a shame because previously it’s been our favourite place to go in Farnham but this wasn’t a great visit and for the money we spent it was disappointing but previous reviews I’ve made have been amazing so not the best feeling it has changed management I believe

Terrible evening so many things weren’t right! Over 39 minutes to get first drink Starters came out wrong then one party left waiting for correct first course. Main course arrived together but the Risotto which should include mushrooms didn’t have any ffs! Asked for some spoons and we were forgotten. Ordered extra drinks to be given more drinks than we ordered plus they were even added to the bill. Too many staff standing around not knowing what to do or pay attention to their customers Wouldn’t even consider going back as there are far too many places in Farnham that appreciate and look after their customers!

Very slow service at the start. Had to ask for menus after sitting for a long period of time. When the wine came there was no glasses and had to ask for that too. Felt like there was not enough staff on. Staff were polite but felt like this let it down being so slow. The monk fish has been taken off the menu and feel the menu was lacking. Shame really as been here so many times.

1st time at Serina and what a great experience! The food and atmosphere was really chilled and friendly and the singer performing 80/90s rock hits was awesome. Will certainly be looking out for his next booking date 👍

Lovely outdoor setting for a proper Italian meal that reminded us of our recent holiday in Sicily.

Fabulous on every level. We know Italy and Sicily pretty well and were relieved the dishes were not only authentic but really tasty. Service staff were charming and attentive. Recommended.

No menu for 25 minutes and no drinks for 40 minutes

Beautiful evening in the ‘secret’ garden. Food was delicious and varied. Service seemed a little chaotic but the staff were lovely. A lot of to-ing & fro-ing into the garden unnecessarily when plates, water, condiments etc could already be on the table. Prosciutto & Parmesan salad was served on a very hot plate which warmed up the salad and melted the cheese. Still tasty, but not as it was intended I guess!

We chose the Father’s Day menu, and the food was absolutely delicious! The portions were more than what you’d expect, especially these days when most restaurants are stingy with their servings. The prices were decent too. The chef came over to ask if we were happy with the set menu, and so did the staff. The waitress was very friendly, and the chef clearly cared about the customers. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming! We highly recommend this place and thank you very much for the great food!

As this was a live music night the restaurant was completely full and the atmosphere was great. For mains my wife had swordfish steak and I chose lamb cutlets. Both were superb and the staff couldn’t do enough to make our evening memorable. We’ll be back !

We had the most amazing evening for our daughter’s birthday. It was a Calabrian evening with a traditional menu & live singer. The whole atmosphere was brilliant as was the food. Freshly cooked Italian food, cocktails were incredible & the Serena’s team are so attentive and welcoming.
