Not as busy and not as good atmosphere as usual last night.

The wine could have been chilled a little more. And, hand on heart, that is my ONLY criticism. And even that’s just nitpicking.

First time at the restaurant and I was very impressed. Shared the humus and the squid to start. Good sized portion of humus and very tasty. The squid was perfectly cooked and not at all greasy. Then onto main course. I had a lamb kebab and I've honestly never tasted lamb like it. It was sublime! Melted in the mouth and such a delicious flavour. The accompanying rice was perfectly cooked. Will definitely be returning. Especially as the waitress was lovely and welcoming as well, which added to an overall excellent experience.

Quality of food and service not as good as pre Covid. Staff very friendly and quick to rectify kitchen mistakes, but a little bit disappointed as starters arrived before drinks, calamari inedible. No peppers/vegetables with the lamb as confirmed with the order. Had to ask for sauce and side arrived inbetween starter and main. No baclava with bill. Happy to give the benefit of the doubt as many restaurants settling back in with new staff and adjusting and overall doing their best.

We love Shiraz. There is always a friendly welcome from the staff. We are vegetarian and always find enough to eat and leave very satisfied. Highly recommended. Looking forward to our next visit already!

First visit to Shiraz and was not disappointed. The food is excellent and service is absolutely second to none, some of the best I've ever experienced. Our waiter was very concerned to know if my wife had truly enjoyed her meal a she hadn't eaten all the food on her plate. He was totally willing to replace it if she hadn't but she was simply full. Plenty of other great dishes to try out so will definitely be back!

Great value for money, really tasty food and excellent service. Nothing is too much trouble and we were really well looked after. It was my third visit to this restaurant and will definitely be going back.

Dinner for 5 at barely 20 quid a head - great value! Great service and clearly a popular place as it was pretty full on a Tuesday night, so word must be getting out about Shiraz. We all came out unable to eat another morsel and the baclava to round the meal off was a kind touch. my only criticism is that the shape of the plates means that my cutlery was rarely where I'd left it between mouthfuls, but thats user error probably.
