ACHARI
Succulent diced lamb, chicken or king prawn coked with fresh roast spices and dry root chillies giving a special aroma by being marinated in traditional pickle. Slightly hot
NAWABI KHANA:
The most complex of all great curries. Comprises twenty one ingredients, each roasted individually. This leads to a deep rich brown colour. Chicken, lamb or king prawn.
AFGANI STYLE:
A classical Afghan dish comprising of lamb, chicken or king prawn which considering the expense and efforts involved is normally cooked for Royalty. Cooked very gently in a rich sauce, finely chopped spring onion, flavoured with saffron and served with tomatoes.
