Slug and Lettuce Bristol Harbourside

Unfortunately our dinning experience at the slug and lettuce bristol harbourside was not a good experience the our interaction with female bar staff was poor she was miserable and off hand in her attitude towards us,some of our parties food was overcooked my salad was old and very wilted I asked for a replacement salad again the bar member was negative in her attitude not replying properly then salad took so long my steak was cold in the end I asked for a refund the manger was quick to apologise and refunded my payment back to my card,we decided to sit in the outside seating it was covered in rubbish serviettes all over the floor blowing about over flowing ash trays dirty tables plates glasses left on tables. Over all very disappointed with the venue definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone else.

Really nice experience, the chicken was very tender and chips were hot

A lively slug with good service and an extensive menu, for breakfast , lunch, dinner and especially drinks. Was a little too loud to sit outside

local to bristol harbourside, outside and inside seating, this is nice comfort food from starters to mains - macraroni cheese, potatoe skins, and the pie. reasonable value

First time here. We chose a burger each with some extra sides. Unadventurous I know but we both enjoyed the food and there is plenty of outside seating

We are outside in the sun. Burgers and then a couple round of refreshing drinks. Good value but fairly busy.

Not far from the centre, good spacing and efficient staff. Ate the wings and the burger.

situatiad by a nearby rainbow casino, this restaurant offers normal array of food for everyones taste. there is outdoor seating and a vast drinks menu is available. the food is reasonable value

Not even get I'll order right service was absolutely shocking the manager was pretty nice to be fair but all in all never ever go back.

We were very disappointed. We chose slug and lettice because it had a good vegetarian choice. But when we went to order the two sharing platters were not available. When we went to order a steak sandwich we were told there was no steak for a steak sandwich only for a normal steak meal....... We spoke to the manager who wasn't that bothered. Neither of the servers apologied for the lack of food so we decided to leave and went somewhere else to eat. That good choice and good service so win win.
