Slug and Lettuce Plymouth

We were given a Slug & Lettuce Voucher as an Anniversary gift. We booked the meal a week in advance. When we arrived your member of staff stated she could not accept the voucher, as the voucher number was not recorded when we made the booking. As a result on our 41st Wedding anniversary we had to pay for the meal which I had not planned to do. We were not offered a complimentary drink so ended up being disappointed with are first visit to the Slug & Lettuce establishment in Plymouth. We will now have to make a new booking in the future at another S&L establishment some where else. email graham.smaridge@icloud.com

Steak sandwich upgrade to potato fries for me and a burger for partner. We were both happy with quality and the service staff

At the time of our visit, the slug and lettuce was having some building work done. Obviously they can’t help this but it was quite noisy as well as the main entrance being obstructed. Overall though it was a lovely day out.

Very poor service only 1person serving drinks and taking orders didn't have any lunch because we didn't have time tobwait at least 35 s for food
