We went into slug and lettuce in york they had out able reserved asked to look at our voucher and said they couldn't do our lunch because they didn't recognise your name , so we came out of there Nd were not very happy and will be ringing you to find out why

We ordered 2 drinks and a flatbread sharer. The server dropped a pint of lime and soda over the table and it spilt over one of us. Although this was an accident and the server apologised, there was no checking in to make sure everything was ok, no mention of any compensation and no support from any managerial staff. The food was poor quality and expensive for what we were given.

Really disappointing service, after ordering from the app we waited almost 30 minutes for our drinks to arrive, our food then arrived and we had to remind and inform the waiter of what drinks we ordered. Even after that, the wrong drinks were brought to our table. Despite the service, the food was nice and the atmosphere was okay. We understand that the bar was busy but our drinks wouldn’t have arrived if we didn’t ask the waiter to remind the bar staff.
