Very neat white table cloths and napkins. Waiting staff initially very attentive but had to wait a while for drinks. Food delicious but pricey. Good experience and will go again but prices make it a special occasion venue and not a regular night out.

great staff, great food, fair prices, beautiful view of the Thames and the Tower Bridge. Recommended. certainly i will come back to this restaurant. thats for sure.

Excellent food and service and very good value for money.

We liked the simple unfussy approach at the restaurant and the excellent fish on offer. We were given a window table with an uninterrupted river view. Overall a very enjoyable way to pass a few hours.

The restaurant and food are excellent but the wait for the main course was a bit too long.

Everything about the restaurant was of the highest quality, from the food which is most important to the staff and ambience. Our first experience and we will be going back very soon

The restaurant is great and a lovely location. The food was first class as usual. It missed getting top rating because it was very full with party lunch goers and was therefore very noisy.

Overall great meal the one thing that put a downer on it was due to really bad weather we were delayed for 15 minutes , the lady on reception was aware off the weather yet still told us she had given our fantastic table to somebody else !!! However there was another table available . The restaurant was probably only 25% full and maybe she didn't need to give us this superior impression that she was doing us this massive favour and just maybe asking if we were ok as she could see we were soaked from the terrible weather . Never mind it didn't spoil a great meal just left us a little surprised

The service was exceptional and I can't fault them for it all. However the standard of food is below par. My friend received a version of the starter she ordered. The waiter failed to tell her that they ran out of some of the ingredients so they made a different version of what was listed on the set menu. The herb crusted haddock which I ordered as a main was pretty bland on its own but it was complimented by a chablis cream sauce which made it a lot better. Without it I could only taste the breadcrumbs and not the herbs, a pity really. My dessert was awful. I requested a chocolate mousse but when it arrived it was a solid torte with a very strange taste, definitely not chocolate. They did take it off the final bill which was unexpected so I appreciate them listening to me. The Manager did say to me as I left that a few customer also returned the same dessert and explained that the chef must have deviated from the recipe.

Excellent food and service, definitely recommended. Will be going back again soon.
